Convenient location, clean facility. Able to register efficiently, saw doctor on time. Doctor Peterkin knows me, remembers what we have discussed. Takes all the time I need. I’m never rushed. He is thorough and professional. Great listener.

Dr. Schlotzer is the best physician I have ever had. I trust her completely. She listens to my concerns, gives her medical advice, takes into my account my feelings. We work together to find the best treatment plan. She is the best!

I love my providers, Dr Peterkin and Josephine ( ). I’ve not had an opportunity to be seen by the other provider. They are always very thorough and allow you whatever time you need to address your concerns. They are very responsive to questions submitted via Epic My Chart.
Ma’s are great also.
The office staff are very professional yet friendly.
I’m able to get an appointment quickly.
The best primary care office in the Jacksonville area hands down!

The office staff is wonderful. Always cooperative. The office and exam rooms smell and look clean - which indicates prude in their work and therefore pride in their jobs. I've been seeing Dr. Schlotzer for several years. She is factual, kind, and compassionate. I would highly recommend this office!
