Check in went very smoothly with a warm and helpful receptionist. She offered to help me if needed with the check in process and I noticed she said goodbye to people by name! NP Josephine Brooke was excellent - spent time listening and asking questions - I never felt rushed. I came to this office because of strong recommendations and I am very hopeful for a good patient/doctor healthcare experience,

Baptist Primary at South Ponte Vedra Beach is always friendly, caring, and knowledgeable of medical issues. The staff is attentive and always treat me like I matter to them. I love Dr. [last name] and Josephine Brooke. The nurses are always helpful too. They are good about covering every symptom and making sure I have the best care.
