I find that all of the providers and employees at Lee Heath are attentive and knowledgeable. I have been making a point of changing any out of Lee Heath physicians to Lee Heath for continuity and the very high level of service.

There was a connection issue on my end for the video; It was saying I was muted but I could not find anything to unmute myself (volume was turned up, couldn't determine issue), but Jill continued to try to connect with me, until we established a phone connection.

Jill Sorbello was excellent she listened to my concerns. She made me feel really comfortable and safe! I really loved working with her. I feel like she went above and beyond for me as a patient! We discussed first and second line therapy. She told me what to do if I was not improving and did not make me feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated.
