Things have significantly improved last year. I am happy that I can schedule same day appointment for sick child and I don???t have to wait in line when I???m there. Using application is very convenient. All staff is doing a great job and answering all the questions. Things to improve: I tried to call a couple of times and line was always busy. I think it???s the same general phone line for nurse on call that I may want to reach off hours for urgent advice when kid is sick. That phone number is always busy, so it???s useless. I can???t wait on the line for an hour when I have sick kid.

I am an ex-employee of this BAPTIST site. I worked there for 10 to 12 years. I still have many friends from this particular site including Dr. France and Mrs. [ ] they are wonderful physician/individuals . BUT this new staff and the manager are rude. I have spoken with the manager about these issues and there haven???t been any changes. I will NEVER give this office a ten.

This was our daughter's first time using this facility and seeing Dr. France. First, check-in staff weren't friendly. Then, we waited about 27 minutes to be seen. Dr. Sonja France seems nice, dressed very casual (leggings and beach sandals), very short consultation for a first time patient. Doctor never addressed important subjects, such as puberty and pre-teen information. Not what we expected from Baptist.

Insurance charges are a struggle. It seems to go wrong almost every visit. The billing office doesn't automatically write off charges that should be written off. Shannon in the business office is amazing and takes care of me each time. However, it shouldn't take an additional phone call.

Staff is friendly! The one recommendation I have is to do blood work ahead of appointment to allow there to be a discussion of the results in person, versus a call from someone else at a later time.
