They office personnel always greet you with a smile. They seem to enjoy serving with care. I have always been nervous to see my doctor. The office personnel have made these visit easier. I now make sure I understand my office visit with my doctor. I feel at ease talking to Dr Rak.

Miriam in scheduling and Brandy in bloodwork area are exceptional staff members. Miriam went above and beyond to help me recently. She is patient, kind and does a great job to be helpful. Brandy makes an uncomfortable situation (drawing blood) tolerable with her pleasant personality.

What I like the most about the office is the quality physicians, especially my primary care, doctor, Dr. Rak and my husband's primary care, doctor, Dr. [last name]. The staff is so friendly the x-ray and phlebotomy are so efficient also Dr. Rak's nurse Kathy was so helpful!
