What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Joshua is the absolute best! He takes time to listen to every need and care. I came in the facility feeling so frustrated about my sleeping habits and he took time to go through and adjust machine to perfection and within days of this adjustment I have been such better quality of sleep. You have changed my life, mood over all health and mental health Dr, Joshua. Thank you for having such a caring and compassionate heart. God bless you in all you do

Joshua is very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. I agree with those who thought he needs to slow down however, I understood everything and he was a good listener. The clinic staff was very good except for one person that I spoke to when I called re: my prescription and which medical company I wanted to switch to. I don't remember her name, but she constantly talked over me even when I asked her to stop and listen to me so I could tell her the details of what I was calling about.

Dr Alba explained things better than anyone else has. He took the time to listen. He is very easy to talk to. This was my first experience with this facility and it was very good.

No one has ever showed as much concern for my sleep issues as Joshua has!! He listens to all my ideas and helps me sort out my issues and suggests solutions!! He is really good!!

Josh was very thorough in reviewing my health data and provided new insights into tests and treatments that could help me. He listened to all of my concerns and gave good advice on how to improve my health. He made me feel very comfortable and his answers to my questions were well thought. He also helped me with medical equipment.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I went into appointment knowing I wasn’t going to ever wear a CPAP device. My dr wanted me to go for study because I was having some heart issues. I went to make dr. happy. Once I ment Josh he put me at ease, listened to my concerns and how I felt. He explained everything that was easy to understand. He said if I would try it for 3 months and give it a chance. It’s been over 3 months and I’m getting a good nights sleep and the amount of of times my heart was stopping and my breathing went to almost nothing. I am so happy. Thank you Josh

Joshua actually cares about his patients you just dont see that anymore !! Besides my MD and Cardiologist!! I have seen many doctors in the last years and they dont seem as personal!! Joshua is also very intelligent and really knows his field of expertise!!

Dr Alba is highly knowledgeable. He is prompt with appointments and takes the necessary time to go over everything and make sure it's understood. The receptionist is polite, respectful and caring. It was overall a great experience and other offices should follow this as an example. I look forward to working with Dr Alba to obtain my very much needed health goals.

Once you get to the correct person it was excellent but the process from sleep study to getting equipment to having the correct information if you had problems with settings initially was a total failure. If I had not been a [OCCUPATION] and knew I had problems I would have of quit the program or had many more problems

Since I've only talked to him and his staff once,my opinion is that he explained the procedure process. On a few parts that I couldn't understand,he would explain things that I could understand better. He explained the options in great detail on how things would go, and if something wouldn't work, he explained the other options that were available. Any questions or unforseen concerns that I had about the treatment that I would most likely be using, were addressed to my satisfaction
