What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was hesitant about the appt. Because I have tried a CPAP before but Josh convinced me and not in a pushy way that we will find one that works for me

Josh is friendly and knowledgeable, but he talks nonstop. He’ll ask a question, then continue talking so that I can’t answer.

I learned a lot from him at my appointment even though I’ve had sleep apnea for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you understand. Highly recommend

Dr Alba is highly knowledgeable. He is prompt with appointments and takes the necessary time to go over everything and make sure it's understood. The receptionist is polite, respectful and caring. It was overall a great experience and other offices should follow this as an example. I look forward to working with Dr Alba to obtain my very much needed health goals.

Joshua Alba was an excellent health care provider. He listened, he was enthusiastic. he gave suggestions, he complemented things I was doing correctly. He went over and above and seemed to focus all his attention on me and my needs. Truly a first rate provider, one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I highly recommend Joshua Alba.

Once you get to the correct person it was excellent but the process from sleep study to getting equipment to having the correct information if you had problems with settings initially was a total failure. If I had not been a [OCCUPATION] and knew I had problems I would have of quit the program or had many more problems

Since I've only talked to him and his staff once,my opinion is that he explained the procedure process. On a few parts that I couldn't understand,he would explain things that I could understand better. He explained the options in great detail on how things would go, and if something wouldn't work, he explained the other options that were available. Any questions or unforseen concerns that I had about the treatment that I would most likely be using, were addressed to my satisfaction

I was very impressed with the Sleep Medicine Department. Joshua Alba is very knowledgeable and is a great asset. I will encourage friends and family with OSA to see Joshua.

Dr. Alba took his time and explaining every aspect of what could possibly be going on. I did not feel rushed by him, and his staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The staff was wonderful! The nurse was also working the front desk because they were short staffed, and she was so nice and still smiled. Josh himself was also very kind and very informative and explained things in a way I understood.

Talks a lot. Could listen better and judgmental about medications and size of patient. Very disappointed in my Michigan health set up for sleep study. This was a wasted visit to get approval for a sleep study after pcp request.
