Julian Sinn was excellent. I was pleased with her thoroughnes and her explaining everything and the why of each decision for testing. I would definitely see her again. The intake tech was also excellent! She had a very pleasing manner and verbally told me what each of my vitals were, without me having to ask her!

Julianne went above and beyond. Had everything prepared for me, just had to give a few details for fmla work. Don't think you guys get that MetLife does nothing to help. She did it all. I was in and out in less time than I expected.

She took the time to analysis my issues and made suggestions that made sense to me with follow up review after blood work. She is a breath of fresh air with your staff.

Rebecca, assistant was pleasant, courteous and a very nice personality. Conducted herself in a professional way . Juliann likewise was very competent anmade me feel quite at ease. She listened to me intently as I answered her questions.

Jill the PA had to fill in as my appointment was with Dr Raphael at 7 am , however her schedule changed and no one in the office picked it up, so Jill stepped up and did my Medicare annual evaluation

Yes both my MA Rebecca & my provider Julianne Sinn, PA went above and beyond for me. I was a little hesitant coming in for this visit due to the reason for being seen and they listened to my problem, showed caring and understanding. Julianne went above and beyond explaining different treatments options and letting me have an option in with way the treatment went. I felt seen and heard by my provider and it truly made a world of difference. I am sincerely appreciative of Rebecca & Julianne for the care they provided to me.

There was a need to physically see me in order to assess my ability to successfully have a procedure. Both Ms. Sinn And the assistants Were extremely thorough in going over all of the possibilities and risks as well as determining my needs. I was very happy with the way the appointment went.

From the front desk checking in, to the nurse who brought me back and took my vitals, and my visit, it is just the best experience that you can have with your doctor visit. The staff is the BEST I have ever dealt with, just exceptional.
