The complete staff doctor nurse practitioner down to the welcoming receptionist always have a welcoming smile. The doctor's and nurse practitioner are very willing to educate and referral to assist with any other specialty physicians I may need. I'm very satisfied with the care they provide.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted and welcomed. The front office staff were absolutely wonderful. And then Serenity brought me and my kids back, and she made them SO comfortable. My youngest is trans, and she didn't skip a beat in using his chosen name and pronouns. He'd never had that before, and we were grateful. Then Ms Simon came in and gave us all her time and attention. Nothing was rushed. She made sure to speak to them and ask them the questions. She spoke to them like intelligent humans and offered all the age appropriate counseling young teens would need. They felt seen as adults, not voiceless kids. Idk if you understand how big that is. Thank you

The minute I walked in I felt welcomed. I got called back within minutes of arriving. The nurse practitioner was amazing. She answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The visit was my first time and I can say without a doubt, I've found what I've been looking for in a family practice.

How everyone was courteous and professional. Everything was explained to me from procedures to parking. I felt for the first time that a doctors office wanted me to be there - not like I was some number and a bother to someone .. it was surprising and refreshing to see there are people still out there that care about there profession and the people they are helping.
