Shelley Reidt is not my primary care doctor. But she takes my health care very seriously. I really am thankful for her and Amy Daley. They make a wonderful health care team.

Shelley is one of 2 providers I can think of over the last 4 years of seeking care at SSM health, that at least appeared to listen to me speak and heard my concerns. This has become an extreme rarity in your system, and if you aren't frantically trying to recruit and retain more like her, then your company is run by unethical, immoral, frankly frightening human beings.

Shelley is very care, even though she not my primary provider. She’s always welcoming. Take her time to explain to me when I asked her.

Liked her as a person and followed all the steps but i did not feel like she really helped me with what i went for when i asked her more specific questions and wanted her opinion on what i was already taking. did not giver me feedback at all carrying a problem in my health for years now
