I expressed my issues about my back pain and I felt like she brushed me off. Before leaving I asked her what was she going to do about my concerns and she told me to look up things that might help such as stretches etc. and then I can book an appointment where my back problems will be the priority. I don’t feel like my pain was taking seriously.
