She saved my life by. Ordering a stat CT scan due to. Suspecting a blood clot in my lung when it was not identified while in the hospital that same week for chf..It was a saddle clot that was removed that night . Thank you Shayna!

I am the daughter of the patient and I loved how the doctor spoke loud and slow to my mom so she could hear and understand what she was saying plus she spoke to her not to me. So many doctors speak to me. Leaving the patient out of conversation. Like they aren’t there.

Keeps an open mind on issues where all information is either lacking or possibly changing and discusses the issue with patient so they understand what is occurring. friendly with good attitude. It is obvious she has the patients best interest in mind. Open to questions.
