I appreciate the comprehensive examination and consultation I experienced. The customer service was professional and friendly. I also appreciate the communication about my care provided in the MyChart. The nurse practitioner (Ms./Mrs. Lawson, ARNP) was very personable and went out of her way to explain what I needed to do to be proactive in my care. I felt she took the time to understand me and what my needs are. Thank you.

Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming... from the front desk to check in, nurse and the provider. Everone made sure that I was comfortable and I felt very at ease. Shaunta Lawson was amazing! She took the time to go through my concerns and health history and I didn't feel rushed. I appreciate her going the extra mile to listen to me and made sure I was informed about everything that was discussed!

The office ladies were very kind and nice, my appointment took no time to get in. Dr. Lawson and the assistant explained everything into detail. We just discussed all of my issues. In past and present complications that I have very thoughtful, patience, and very full of information and knowledge I feel very comfortable the office and the people that were around all the way from the lady at the front desk to the ladies in the patient’s desk.
