Dr. Refai is the best! He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. He is so personable. My favorite thing he's said in terms of my struggles with a mood disorder is that some of my symptoms are "just being a human." It helped me feel more normal in a world where mental health is so highly stigmatized. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Refai is a excellent doctor. He listens to you and makes adjustments in medications when he feels it's appropriate. He truly concerned. I wouldn't see anybody else. People on the phone are so polite and professional.
