Mr. Refai was someone I could definitely speak with, even if I had trouble speaking concisely due to uncertain thoughts. I have had Dr Rafai for the past 7 years. He has been a great Dr! I had to change because I'm on medicare now and have to include an in person visit which he does not provide. Dr Rafai has been professional and constant and compationate. He has helped me with my medications and has been a great therapist!
