I like everything about your behavioral health system. I even like the automated scheduler that I experienced after the call for the first time. I hope that it frees up more time for existing employees to do other jobs and does not impact the number of employees on staff.

I can’t recommend this Doctor enough. From the very first session, he created a safe, welcoming environment where I truly felt heard and understood. He listen with genuine compassion, never make me feel judged, and ask thoughtful questions that help me see things from a different perspective. His guidance has been incredibly insightful and practical, giving me the tools and confidence to work through challenges in a healthy way. Every session leaves me feeling supported, encouraged, and more hopeful than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a doctor who listens, offers excellent guidance, and genuinely cares about your growth and well-being, I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Refai is a fantastic psychiatrist. I've been receiving psychiatric care for over a decade and I've seen several psychiatrists through the years, but I felt as though none of them truly listened to me or cared about what I wanted until I started seeing Dr Refai. I've now been a patient of his for a few years and I can confidently say he's the best psychiatrist I've ever had. You can tell he is truly passionate about his work and loves helping others. He always makes sure I'm comfortable with my treatment options and goes above and beyond to treat my mental illnesses, even though they tend to be treatment resistant. 10/10!
