Dr. Refai is a fantastic psychiatrist. I've been receiving psychiatric care for over a decade and I've seen several psychiatrists through the years, but I felt as though none of them truly listened to me or cared about what I wanted until I started seeing Dr Refai. I've now been a patient of his for a few years and I can confidently say he's the best psychiatrist I've ever had. You can tell he is truly passionate about his work and loves helping others. He always makes sure I'm comfortable with my treatment options and goes above and beyond to treat my mental illnesses, even though they tend to be treatment resistant. 10/10!

Dr. Refai was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain the goals of the medication and I adjusted my doses. I am new with him, but I’m very impressed and I’m looking forward to working with him. I left Baptist Behavioral because my experience with the previous Psychiatrist was horrible, but I’m very glad I came back and I’m seeing Dr. Refai.

I love Dr. Refai. I’ve seen him since 2017. He listens, is empathetic, and cares. We discuss the best course of action. Has a great schedule where you can virtual appt. From 9am until 7pm. Works great with my schedule.
