Mr. Refai was someone I could definitely speak with, even if I had trouble speaking concisely due to uncertain thoughts. He listened keenly, took them seriously, and precisely explained to me what could be occurring - I would definitely recommend this service if someone may not have a viable support network.

I have had Dr Rafai for the past 7 years. He has been a great Dr! I had to change because I'm on medicare now and have to include an in person visit which he does not provide. Dr Rafai has been professional and constant and compationate. He has helped me with my medications and has been a great therapist!
