I appreciate her understanding my desire to NOT use an sign language interpreter even though I'm deaf. She understood that my comfort level exceeded anything else.

Shannon Kroh had excellent manners. She was courteous and respectful. For the first time, I did not feel like a slab of meat waiting to be weighed and priced. I was included in the decision making process. Mrs Kroh explained things in a coherent manner and gave me a timeline for test results. I plan to refer my daughters.
