Extremely thorough! Updates and reminders are texted to my phone and sent in the patient portal. It’s very easy to get into my portal and the site is extremely easy to navigate. The doctor, nurses and staff are very nice and professional.

Dr Clark and the team in Flemming Island are all fantastic. They are always happy to meet or greet you and they know who you are. All the Nurses in the Infusion area are Super Fantastic as well. Dr. Shane Clark is well prepared, very smart, careful, confident, and excellent listening doctor. Since I have worked with multiple hematologists with my CML as well as multiple other health challenges, I know a special doctor when I have one. I trust him with my life. We love the fact that Baptist facility in Flemming Island, Fl provides most of my medical needs in one place. Makes things efficient and allows for scheduling multiple doctors in one day at the same location. Clean facility is very nice and check in and check out is very efficient,
