Dr's. were very thorough and informative with reviwwing & explaining my current health condition and direction for ongoing & future care. They responded to all questions asked with answers in understandable and layman terms. The Baptist Health Care staff were very welcoming, pleasant, edficient, and helpful. Overall, the visit was a very good experience.

The oncology nurses are friendly. They take their time and talk to you. They answer any questions you have, and if they can't answer them, they will go to the doctor for an answer.

The staff were very caring and kind. Very efficient. Was on time. My waiting to be seen was within five minutes of my appointment time. Answer and explain everything so I could understand.
