The entire staff at [ ] has been exemplary - tip to toe. It took us almost 9 months to be seen and now I understand why - the level of care is beyond through and thoughtful. We have had two appointments both lasting almost 3 hrs with comprehensive history, [ ] and a follow up to discuss those results moving forward. A gift to be sure. Thank you for all you do. [ ]

Stephanie [ ] went out of her way to print me a list of therapists who are skilled in [ ]. Every one in this office was encouraging and upbuilding. The visit was exhausting for me but I'm very glad I did it in person.

Yes, Dr. Shain was very good. Very clear communication, good eye contact, good body language, easy to understand and I believe that he genuinely cared about my health. Also, the lady that did the testing was excellent in every way. She presents herself very well with a beautiful smile and her kindness was very much appreciated. She was very caring. Also, she was an excellent communicator.
