I was a bit stressed because of my limited English, but the doctor spoke to me slowly and clearly, and thanks to that, the test went unexpectedly well. I'm impressed by the professionalism of both the doctor and the entire staff.

Receptionist Patty was very kind when checking in, and checking out. She was friendly, smiling, and helpful, making sure my husband had his follow-up appt set, and that he was on a waiting list to get in earlier, if availability comes up. While waiting on my husband to finish his appointment, it was observed that your staff deals with some very difficult patients at the window. Patty exemplified 100% patience, compassion,and kindness during some very difficult moments when patients were checking in/out. The entire time dealing with difficult situations, she always kept a sweet smile on her face. I commend her on her professionalism. Thank you for employing such a gem.
