Stephanie [ ] went out of her way to print me a list of therapists who are skilled in [ ]. Every one in this office was encouraging and upbuilding. The visit was exhausting for me but I'm very glad I did it in person.

Yes, Dr. Shain was very good. Very clear communication, good eye contact, good body language, easy to understand and I believe that he genuinely cared about my health. Also, the lady that did the testing was excellent in every way. She presents herself very well with a beautiful smile and her kindness was very much appreciated. She was very caring. Also, she was an excellent communicator.

Sheryl was very helpful in calling back several times to offer and earlier appointment when there were openings due to cancellations (by several months).

Everyone were very kind. Cheryl called me to tell me that there was a appointment open and waited so I could get a plane as we were in NY Dr Shain came in as a colleague was very sick. As Dr Shain was professional and compassion Marissa, who did a lot of exams for me was professional, compassion and made me feel like I am
