Everyone did their job very well. For me, since I have had multiple issues to deal with, it was hard to take all of the information in and try to make a good decision. For that reason, I felt somewhat rushed and under pressure.

For people who live farther up north… ie princeton /zimmerman, it’s absolutely crazy to drive to fridley for an appointment. They need to make these available in elk River or Princeton, there needs to be things closer. Not everyone is comfortable going such places for services and especially if people are older.This needs to better for customers.

All were sensitive about my concern with ongoing diarrhea and my embarassment and eased my mind. Also my shoulders are very painful and my request to lean on one specific side only was granted.
that is important since I'm off all pain relievers.

Everyone was professional and respectful. Felt comfortable and trusted all the people that worked with me . They gave me a plan to see me again in 2weeks . Would refer this clinic to family and friends .
