I was very happy with both of the people that I saw. The take in person took time to discuss my height and my great grand daughter's height who was with me. I was happy to see that there was a qualified PA for my appointment and he answered my questions about my leg fluids problems.

Jon Michael S was really upbeat, kind , informative and helpful. One could tell that he loved his job. Hope someone At LH can help him with his mail biting. He wants to help us and I am concerned about him.

John Michael Shuetz is an outstanding care provider. Even though he just received his medical degree, he was extremely knowledgeable and articulated his diagnosis and treatment recommendations in a very professional and personal manner. He presented himself as a distinguished seasoned physician. Outstanding.

John Michael and his nurse (Don't recall her name, but she was from Brazil. Began with a C. Super sweat. ) were exceptional. Worked well with Dr. [last name]. Very efficient. Great facility and staff.

John Michael Schuetz was outstanding. This is the first time that we felt someone really cared and understood my ailments. He was highly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His assistant (didn't remember her name, but Brazilian) was also very good. Bravo to both. After so many visits in the past 2 months (2 emergency visits, 1 clinic) I finally felt someone understood and cared about my ailments which were complex and not standard). Thank gid for John Michael Schuetz!!!!

I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by John Schuetz. He was extremely thorough, efficient, & knowledgable, & dealt with the results of a recent MRI with genuine concern & urgency. Though that was not the intended purpose of the visit, he clearly understood that this was the most important issue at hand. He immediately set things in motion for next steps in treatment & I began receiving calls before the end of the day. I felt that I was in very good hands then & with each team member who contacted me afterward.Thank you to all of you!!
