I recently had the pleasure of being treated by PA Beth Schott-Peckham, and I wanted to share my experiences regarding her patient care, knowledge, and communication skills. When I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Beth's caring demeanor made it clear that she genuinely values her patients' well-being. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly addressed each one, which made me feel heard and understood. Her knowledge of the medical field was impressive, and she clearly and confidently understood my situation. Beth explained the treatment options in an easy-to-understand way, ensuring I was well-informed and comfortable with my care plan. Most importantly, her communication skills were exceptional. Throughout the appointment, she encouraged me to ask questions and expressed genuine interest in my thoughts and feelings. This open dialogue built my trust in her and made me feel like an active participant in my healthcare journey.

The first medical assistant to bring me into the exam room, had zero personality or kindness to me. She is not an indication of how wonderful this practice is. I understand she was a floater, she needs to be retrained or dismissed. The other medical assistant who discharged me was wonderful!!
