Yes Beth and Dellene are a tag team. They work well together they go over all aspects of your chart and make corrections if need be. They are personable and caring for the whole person.

This was my first with Beth, purpose was a follow-up to complex issue and to follow up with labs after PCP left. She became familiar with history, she asked questions to understand the complexity of Rheumatology, Oncology, Dermatology and PCP. It may have been a little longer of an appointment for her I never flt rushed and she is up to speed on all the issues. Her compassion and interest is greatly appreciated, as I appreciated her statement, I am going to work on what I can work on for your today but with understanding lots of moving parts going on.

Was not feeling good. Called at 8am to see about an appointment. Told me they have an 8:20 appointment. I took it since I reside close to Surfside. Very, very happy. Thank you and feeling better.

The medical assistant, Sheyla [last name], is the BEST nurse I've ever met in my life. She deserves a raise because she went above and beyond for me by being so kind, caring, and educational. Dr. Schott is also always the best, she's so personable. I prefer her over my PCP (Dr. [name]) who can be kind of rude at times.

I had car trouble when I tried to get to my appointment and called Beth's office. The people there helped me set up a video session so I could meet with her. Beth was patient with my attempts to get it to work on my phone.

The staff here is so courtieous and attentive. Starting with the desk greeters that start the process to finishing up with the nurse that walks you out, this facility is nothing but Fantastic!! Dr. Beth Schott-Peckham is always so friendly, kind and upbeat! She just brightens up you whole day. Nurse Jessica is great also, from start to finish, always asking if you need anything else. I feel very lucky that they accepted me into the family. Nothing but negative to say here because they are all truely top notched!! Great Job! David
