Molly was very thoughtful and thorough. I appreciated that she was very detailed & guidance about my needs to get back to better health. She didn't make me feel rushed which made it so I had enough time to go over all the issues.

Molly was very helpful and thorough. She had obviously read my chart prior to my visit and was very open to answering my questions. I would recommend her to others, but not the Heart Institute's care system. Although you have many cardiologists, It Is apparently not enough to deliver top notch care to your patients. Your pool of RNs who monitor the portal have no personal or previous knowledge of the patients who send messages, and/or your Dr.s do not respond to them in a timely manner, so they are able to respond back to patients.
