Dr. Ludlow and her staff are friendly and professional. I have been a patient of Dr. Ludlow for almost 5 years. She is always on time with her appointments. When I am trying to describe my symptoms, she takes the time to ask probing questions to correctly identify the issue.

She is so rude and mechanical. She has NO feelings or personality. For a well exam she was with me for MAYBE 7 minutes! She just was finished and then left and said to leave pretty much! She acts way too big for her britches! I will NEVER suggest her for a doctor to ANYONE

Sarah needs a better bed side manner amd less rushed. This is the first time she acted like this. Not the first time for the nonchalant attitude but with sarcasism. We will consider looking for another provider. I dont feel she really cared about anything we had to say and if we said something she would come back with a sarcastic response such as and...... oh you dont really take meds anyway. I had hurt my knee and told her about it. She said we'll first we do an xray, then physical therapy, ,then send you to an orthopedic surgeon, then shots, then do an MRI. MRi is last. Like i asked for that. But it was the way she said it like she was trying to intimidate me. So all in all to me it was a poor visit. Hopefully no one else felt that way that day. Ii knowvtwo other peple did. In the medical field being an advocatevfor your patient should be number one. Health care has changed so much over the years some for good and some bad for the bad. Also the CMA was rude.

She is a nice person, but simply does not spend enough time with her patients. Rush, rush, rush. If her workload does not allow her to thoroughly treat her patients, perhaps her workload should be reduced.
