I would say she addressed my needs professionally and courteously. My appointment was on time and she seem to genuinely care about me. I’m glad she was my provider.

Sarah is an exceptional Dr and person. Very intelligent, kind and compassionate. She has a care plan in the works, explained it and generally cared for me and my health. I am very impressed with her and am fortunate to have her as my Dr.

It is always nice to have the diagnosis fully explained and suggestions for a solution are helpful. When it is so overwhelming…a follow up discussion would be nice. If you do this, expect this. If you do nothing expect this…

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
She made what could’ve been an uncomfortable situation/topic to discuss, very much with ease and made it a no big deal and routine I do this every day kind of thing which was so appreciated!!! She has great enthusiasm which made the whole visit and process so much easier. This was my first visit with her and she made everything very comfortable and was very thorough and gave clear information. She was very relatable and professional. Her staff was also relaxed and light, which for the reason I was there, was comforting. There wasn’t a heavy weight in the air. I hope that makes sense. It was a very good visit and they did a great job of taking something serious and adding a lightness to it that was appreciated and took the nervousness away from me and shared facts and here’s what we need to do. Also relatable on a personal level. Talked horses and ponies lol.

I was late and they were extremely understanding- from the office staff to the nurse to Dr. Diaz. Dr. Diaz gave me a practical option with a procedure to fix an issue. She is one of the kindest and understanding doctors I have had in a long time.

Dr Diaz is concerned about her patients overall health. She puts her patients at ease & clearly explains a procedure. I’ve recommended her to members of my family.

Dr Diaz was amazing and made an uncomfortable situation much better. She exceeded expectations and was very personable, to the point of offering to telemediq her over the weekend if I had any questions. (I am an employee of MyMichigan also) she would be someone I'd definitely recommend if her services were needed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The nurse before I had my procedure was not bad, but she seemed very depressed and like she didn't much like her job. Kinda a blah mood/ vibe being around her.

Dr Diaz concerned for my health & comfort was excellent. She knew that my 48 yr old son had stage 4 colon cancer & was kind enough to ask how he was doing. I told he he had a complete liver transplant in Feb & she was caring enough to understand my need to share the miracle our family received. Dr Diaz is compassionate & caring that’s why I come to her for care.

She has amazing bed side manner and is very personable. She gets to know the patient and take the time needed to explain things.

Yes: Sarah recognized me from a year earlier; she helped me into a position in which she could examine a trouble spot; gave me a choice between treating it there or returning later—I chose the former; and then expertly numbed the area, removed a cyst, showed it to me, and explained what would happen next.

I complimented to her assistant how nice it was to have health care professionals that appear to be in better health than their patients!

Came in from parking garage. Only sign was that Dr Diaz office was on 3rd floor. Had to roam a bit before dound the right location. No hooks to hang jackets in offices.

I was very nervous going to my appointment because I had to a consultation about getting my appendix removed. After speaking with Dr. Diaz I felt at ease and very confident in her abilities to perform my upcoming surgery.

Dr Diaz is great. I loved the way she explained everything. Her energy is great. She has a wonderful way to make you feel comfortable. Being a patient there is usually a little bit of feeling anxious, but Dr Diaz confidence and personality helps diminish those feeling. I am thankful that she is my Doctor.

Everyone involved in the course of an appointment is courteous and professional. I could not ask for better care considering the delicate nature of the issues involved and the examinations. I am thankful for all involved.
