Sarah is compassionate., knowledgeable and organized. I have so much going on medically ( leukemia/bone marrow transplant survivor) and she helped me to sort through it and design a timeline for my bone health injection.

Dr. Vansumeran is interested in your questions, answers them immediately or, will look at my portal first to understand my question. She then will respond, explaining the answer thoroughly. I appreciate that, feeling she is listening to me.

My only drawback was Sarah and her assistant did not introduce themselves. I wish they would state their name and greet me before diving in. A little more personal would be welcoming.

Initial visit took long time to get into. I think it was over 6 months. After the initial visit, it wasn't hard to get a recheck.
