I moved here a month ago...made an appointment with Dr Sarah Adams -only finding her online and reading her bio. Called for an appointment - the person that took my call was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. Day of my appointment I walked in feeling welcome and at ease. The gentleman that took all my vitals, medical and personal info was soo calm making me feel so comfortable when the conversation turned to my personal life. I became a widow a short time ago - he was so kind. To top off my appointment Dr Adams walked in with a beautiful welcoming smile I was at ease. We had a great talk about my health and looking forward on my goals. ALL in the office make what can be an emotional experience leave with a smile on our faces!

Dr came in late which was totally fine and then visit felt rushed. She was literally getting up and walking out door while I was asking questions. I asked her if she needed to actually examine me for some pain I was having but she just told me to breathe and it would be fine and never touched me. This may be the way health care is now, but I switched over to this practice to get better care. I felt that I was seen as a hypochondriac, made me feel bad and didn't feel heard.

Was seen 2 minutes after I arrived. First visit with Dr Sarah Adams, great first impression! Leaving my previous GP to obtain her services. Office calls are answered vs leaving a message and the pharmacy (CVS) called me while I was still there telling me my RX was ready!
