The staff was patient and professional. They took time to explain my condition and how they were going to treat it. When one medication wasn't correct they immediately called me and I returned to for another appointment and new medication.

The gentleman that registered us, the MA and of course our provider were amazing. Kind, respectful and caring. My sister and I are both Hospital Administrators and were so impressed with the entire experience and office staff. Thank you to all of them

Nurse Barbara is outstanding! She is very personable and shows compassion for my medical needs. She explained the process from a-z and was able to get me in the next day to have a [ ] and 1st treatment completed. This was my 1st experience with any of this and Barbara was a scheduling magician! Honestly, it was the most worry-free process ever! My nerves were melting away and everything went exactly as Barbara explained it. She is a gem!

The entire staff was very caring and helpful. Barbara was very kind and helpful. She showed us she will be there if we need her at anytime. Dr. Nadege is a role model for doctors communicating with patients! She was patient, willing to clarify all questions and concerns and showed sincere care for me. Her knowledge of my complex medical conditions gave me a sense that I was receiving the best care. She encouraged me to co tact her with any concerns. I give her my highest recommendation. Lee Health needs more doctors and PAs like her.

I was anxious when David left, but Nadege Sanon has been wonderful to work with. IF anything, I would love for maybe once a year to have Dr. [ ] attend an appointment just to check in. I've been under her care for more than 5 years, but I don't think I've actually physically seen her in a least 4 years. I'd just like to touch base in person now and then, but otherwise the staff in the office are FANTASTIC. Always friendly and super helpful.

Nadege Sanon was wonderful during my appointment. She helped calm my [ ] about my current condition and was genuinely caring about me as a patient, and not just a number like I frequently experience as someone with [ ] in addition to what I was seen for. I appreciate Nadege's calming demeanor as many providers lose sight of how important "bedside manner" is and how far it goes to help patients in uncertain times. I wish every provider I needed to interact with was as knowledgeable, considerate, and warm as Nadege.
