He has gone out of the way to get some tests set up ( for a monitor) on the same day so I didn't have to go back to Alpena.

The only problem I have experienced was difficulty in getting prescriptions filled. They said I needed to see the doctor before they could renew my prescription and after I say the doctor they still didn’t renew my prescriptions.

Dr. Arora takes a personal interest in the care he provides. He also makes planned logical, next steps for prevention in the care he provides to circumvent future problems. One of the things he explained to me after my caution surgery is that it's not uncommon for there to be other blockages and he thought it would be good to conduct additional tests to check for them. He also seems to stay up to date on care that I get through other providers. Even though he was unaware that I was scheduled to get a special dopplertest to check blood flow to my brain he was aware of the results.

Very busy… Iunderstand the fact that Dr is very busy.. up north is a very busy place to be able to get care.

I have only seen Dr. Aurora twice as I am a new patient but I feel like I am being treated well and my care is taken seriously. I will continue to be a patient of his.

I appreciate that he scheduled for a test the same day rather than having me make another trip to town. He goes over my history each time I see him and I feel he genuinely cares about my health and what needs to be done yet doesn't rush into doing certain procedures.

Dr gets right to points and moves on. I feel the examination time is a bit rushed and I think of questions I wanted to ask after leaving the office.

I felt like a number. Doctor didn't even spend 5 minutes in the exam room. Didn't ask me anything about my chest pain, or my hospital stay. Would not listen to any details of an episode when I passed out wearing the heart monitor. ( He actually told me it didnt happen ? Gee, i was there...) Showed no care or concern at all. The nurse who took my vitals was great. Receptionist finished a lengthy conversation with another staff member before even acknowledging me and checking me out. Overall, I was not happy with the visit or the care. I'll be looking for someone else. Thank you.
