The wait times have been pretty horrible. I waited an hour recently just to get my blood drawn.
Also maybe the check in process needs to be revised. I heard someone say they???d been waiting an hour when I was there that day and the receptionist said the man had never checked in with them, but he had when he arrived.
Heard a similar conversation when I was there again a week later.

The entire staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I am BESIDE myself that Dr. Sandra Laurencin is leaving the practice. But the way she has helped to transition in her absence is leaving me with confidence.

Wait times. Had an 11 o'clock appointment and wasn't put into a room until 12, and the doctor didn't come in until around 12:30.

My Doctor is leaving, not much you can do about that. I've always thought very highly of her and the service she provides. The support staff however, has consistently been underwhelming. The 'new' building is nice and shiny, but the people working there are neither.

After one complaint about the attitude of some of the personnel during a visit, my next visit was 100% better.On my last visit I learned that Dr. Laurencin was leaving and that has caused me some sadness because I could talk to her about anything and now I must start a whole new relationship with a nother Dr.I would like to let you know that you are losing a jewel and hopefully her replacement will bring that caring concern for the clients to the practice. Thanks Dr. Laurencin for your kind loving care and concern.

The wait time is too long. Two out of the three times I've had an appointment the wait was well over an hour. That is too long to wait, especially to simply discuss the results of blood tests. Otherwise, the doctor and staff are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
