Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Kais is a skilled surgeon with true compassion for his patients. From the moment he took over my case, I knew I was in good hands. He took time to listen, explained procedures and diagnoses in detail, and did so with empathy and respect. His bedside manner was by far the best I have ever experienced in Midland Hospital, and the opportunity to have him as my surgeon is the only reason I continued my care there.

Dr.Kais explained things very well and the nurse who schedules surgery, I felt went out of his way to get me scheduled as soon as possible. He called back in two days to give me my date for surgery, [date]. I’m so happy that I can get this done soon. [Personal details redacted for privacy.]

Dr kais saved my husband's life. There are no words to describe how grateful we are to him. What an excellent surgeon and wonderful godly Man. Our experience with Dr kais was wonderful. If it wasn't for him I might not have my husband. So very grateful to him.

Nothing. It was amazing and awesome and we are so very grateful. Love Dr kais!

He listened to me and my wife and explained everthing to us so that we understood what the problem was and the best way to resolve it, we both like the way he presented himself to us as his patient.

My wife and I both like the way he explained the do's and don'ts and the why's, as he explained the procedure I need.

The follow ups on my well being after surgery was great. Not only the staff but Dr Kaise called to see how I felt.

Dr. Kais always feels like he gives me all of his attention during my appointment. He fully answers my questions and takes his time to make sure I understand.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was seen quickly. The staff was friendly. I did not feel rushed and the dr and nurses took a lot of time to answer questions and discuss my surgery. The facility is beautiful and modern.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had a little trouble finding where to go, once in the building, but there was staff available to show me. That could be included in the invite -example 3rd floor, check in At general surgery.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
No one wants to hear the word cancer. Having to tell someone that must be impossible. My heart goes out to the man that had to tell me. No one could have done it better than Samer!
