Dr. Kuntz is kind, empathetic, practical, knowledgeable and has a gift of explaining complicated health issues in a way that is easily understood and is open to further questions. She is very comforting making it easier to discuss distressing health issues.

Dr Kuntz was very patient and compassionate towards my mother, which is exactly what we have been seeking in a medical care provider. Dr Kuntz is really really great. She is easy to talk with and understand. She is very personable and patient, well prepared and excellent in her discussion with my wife and me about my condition, if there are any further concerns and that my progress is normal and my improved feelings and progress are encouraging.

Dr Kuntz, Jennifer, Jeremy and Amanda are an excellent Geriatric Team. They were all well prepared to meet with myself, the POA, and my cousin. Their professional coordination was the epidemy of efficient teamwork which sent a message for each of their service areas respectively; healthcare, community care, and medications.
Nothing was rushed. We were given several opportunities to both answer and ask any questions we wanted. The Providers clearly described the purpose and reasons for their queries. They followed up with supporting reference(s). This system of query, response, and discussion was comforting because it explained why they were asking and discussing an issue. They asked if their explanations were clear and would not go on until we could confirm our understanding. Each of Dr. Kuntz's team members, by this process, was clearly building foundation for their reasoning, analysis, and recommendations. The appointment organization focused on gaining the patient's trust and understanding.
Not only did the Care Team give their attention and time, but they also explained typically what happens in the next processes or phases of the disease and possible care. Looking to the future we feel more prepared and enabled to build strategies, ask more questions and discuss options. This gave us hope and encouragement.
We walked away from our appointment with answers and written recommendations including published references citing the clinical findings supporting their letter to the care facility. This generated confidence, trust, and the clarity to move forward. Don't know what more we could ask for (expect) from a medical team?
