The first word that comes to mind after my experience with your team is the word compassionate. Each member of the team seem to really care about me. I had this experience with my doctors in Naples Florida. They were superb in every way. It’s been difficult for me to make such a big move at the age of 81 with Parkinson’s. So I’ve had some difficulty finding doctors. But everyone that we met at Saint Alphonsus was wonderful.They did answer my questions and since I have a background as a reporter I have a Lot of questions. Your team answered my questions and I thought they were really concerned about me. So yes indeed I certainly would recommend this group of doctors to anyone asking me about my experience

Dealing with a patient with memory problems documented for over 8 years, as her caregiver, I am severely disappointed in the way MD and PA gathered information. Time with the patient is extremely valuable, but when they have memory loss, like MD admitted she noticed in examination, they did not make any effort or spend any time gathering information from caregiver for over 8 years. The results of the appointment have been extremely detrimental to the health of the patient, I wish they could see the consequences of the way they handled the appointment
