This was my third geriatric exam with Dr. Kurtz and her team. All the exam have been a good experience. Test results have been consitent, and Dr. Kuntz and recommeded some "Cognitive Therapy". I've scheduled the first appointment for [date]

Both care givers exhibited patience as they asked questions about my symptoms relating to lack of sleep, chest tightness, need for exercising, and eating proper amounts of proteins and vegetables. I need all the reminders to help me stay on track.
