I thought he was grouchy and slightly arrogant with me during my visit. I have been with him for 18 years. He has not treated me this way before. It made me have second thoughts.

Just amazing!! He is always very professional and gives you as much information as possible, letting you know any and all options you might have. He is also very good about getting back to you on MyChart when I forget to ask questions or refill medications. He's a wonderful doctor and friend. You feel like you are friends and not just another person being herded in and out as fast as he can like cows. I am very pleased he is my doctor.
