Dr. Rustin is incredible. He’s kind, open and honest, and does a really good job of balancing clinical expertise with his personal experiences as a parent. I truly appreciate his insight. Any time I have asked him for recommendations or advice (I.e. stopping the pacifier) it has been successful!

We've been coming to your office for 13 years. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are great. It is always easy to get an appointment.

Staff is friendly. Quick to respond. Phones always answered. All pediatricians have been an absolute delight, though we especially love Dr. Rustin!

The office is great. I love that there is a separate waiting room for the sick and the healthy kids. The office is always accommodating in getting my child in the office. I really like both Dr. [last name] and Dr. Buffington. I have several kids and they both are great.

I have full confidence in Dr. Rustin who is always kind, knowledgeable and compassionate to my children. I also like the MA Kelsey who remembers all of my children by name, what is going on in our lives, and shows true care.

Everything! From the moment we step in to the moment we leave we are very satisfied with the care. Customer service and medical staff are great to work with. Trust all advice given by the doctors. Have 2 older children (27 & 23 yoa) who were patients from the time they were born until they turned 18. Now have a 9 year old who has been a patient since he was born. I've been using your practice since 1998!

We love Mandarin Pediatrics. Dr. Rustin is amazing about taking his time with his patients. He happily answers any questions that we have. He is very knowledgeable, the kids enjoy him and he makes me feel it ease when I have concerns.
