From the 1st visit, the front desk staff, continuing with the Dr's assistants, and Sherrie Gabor APRN, were nothing short of exceptional. My follow-up with Dr. Rodrigo continued this same level of concern and care. I don't think I have ever met a Dr more thorough and taking the time to explain a condition where I could clearing understand and felt satisfied. Lee Health should use this practice as the reference that each of their locations should achieve.

Honestly, everything was spectacular. I can't fine anything to complain about. Dr. Rodrigo Ruiz Gamboa took time to go over his findings of my ultrasound. He drew diagrams, explained blood flow and addressed all my concerns. Over the past few months, my visits to Lee Health facilities were great experiences. I was affiliated with Memorial in Broward for many years. I feel strongly that Lee Health is paving the way for other Healthcare systems to follow.

Jackie is a NPRN in Dr Ruiz Gamboa office, she is outstanding! I was having anxiety issues before my surgery and Jackie went above and beyond to assist me getting it under control! Very caring. I thank Dr Gamboa for literally saving my life! What an incredible Surgeon, physician. Very easy to speak to.

The amount of time and attention given by the nurse and the doctor was excellent and surprising for a specialist.The nurse listened to and treated me like I was intelligent instead of going through a litany of questions that I had already provided answers to. The physician talked with me, asked what I had experienced first, explained what he was seeing, gave me information about possible future symptoms and what actions to take if the symptoms occurred. His time with me and his explanations regarding MY symptoms and test results were far better than I've experienced in other offices.

The medical assistant was really nice and the doctor was really caring and very concerning and when I came in to check in the front desk, staff was very friendly and maybe feel very welcome but most of all the doctor was great

The staff was great! I was greeted when I walked in, check in quickly. I was called back, the PA was cheerful, did her job, then the doctor came in, was really nice, examined me, told me the results of the recent untrasound, then explained very thoroughly what was going on, then said what we should do. He was kind & caring. We had a meeting of the minds on what to do moving forward. Great team
