Dr. Haenel demonstrates a signifigant interest in hearing what I have to say, explaining his diagnosis and treatment plan, what expectations he and I might have for my next tests / appointment.Dr. Haenel's depth of knowledge of my larger health situatio, and how he addresses same. Dr. Haenel's depth and breadth of knowledge is remarkable as is the degree to which he makes me feel comfortable - I have found a physician that has great compassion and is more congenial than I expected.
