Dr. Shah is so warm and friendly. Even as an adult, I get nervous going to the doctor, Dr. Shah is always so warm and friendly, she puts my nervousness at ease.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor. I know a lot of Doctors, surgeons and medical staff have been leaving SSMHEALTH in droves over the past year or two. Please make the necessary changes to retain the remaining staff. It is obvious something(s) have changed since the SSMHEALTH take over from Dean and the employees are not happy. I will be very upset if I were to lose my two main doctors Dr. Shah and Dr. Pruhs because of SSMHEALTH and whatever it is doing wrong to have an EXCESSIVE amount of longterm employees quit and go somewhere else.
