Dr Roopa , was excellent during the appointment and explained things well even though I was mis-scheduled and should have been seen by my Dr and his staff.
Based on our time I would consider having her as my primary if Dr Trotter ever leaves.

Dr. Shah is amazing. I wish I could have had her when 3 of my primary care doctors at Dean West left within a year. Dr. Shah is the best. She is a positive and caring doctor. 5+ stars for her. Keep her at Dean West.
