I know his goal is to assist me to make good health decisions, to teach me clearly when something new such as a new medication is in the picture, and always to encourage my questions or to sense any hesitation, to make sure I consent with understanding to anything by way of a significant change in treatment/understanding of my condition. He was the same as he always is cheerful. All the staff was new! I don’t like that!they don’t know me or really care. Polite but not friendly.
