Karen Rodriguez and also Amanda were excellent in their response to my concerns and questions that I had. They both were very supportive, considerate, and pleasant to talk to. There were a couple other staff members who I hadn't even spoken to that wished me a good day as I was leaving the exam room area. Very pleasant staff.

Yes, the nurse on duty who was with me during the exam did an excellent job and provided excellent guidance, as did Dra . Karen, Both did excellent work and were very attentive to detail that day and afterward. I congratulate Dra. Karen and thank her both.

My provider was absolutely amazing! She explained everything I would need to go through with a great power point along with thorough communication. As a visual learning, I sincerely appreciated this effort. She has a very soothing tone and overall I felt heard, understood, and truly cared for. Amanda ( ) was also a great help with my scheduling efforts, and the front desk staff was very kind and courteous. This practice definitely went over and beyond!
