I had a follow up appointment with Rochelle Bardis, APRN. She explained all the information to me in a way I could understand and more importantly, hear. She was very detailed. I really appreciated the time she took to go over the results. Check in was quick and pleasant. Tech/nurse who brought me back to exam room was very nice. Completed the vitals and updated all my information very quickly.

I needed to talk to a Dr during the weekend and received a call back to speak to the on call Dr a few minutes later. I also like the ease of making an appointment and the friendly people who work there. I feel I’m in professional and competent hands.

Well trained intelligent caring staff. Check in staff are very helpful in helping us older folks remember. My husband and I are impressed by Rochelle. APRN. She is ATTENTIVE to our questions and gave us complete answers. Did not feel rushed. I look forward to seeing her again. My only concern are the real difficulties in using the call the office phone system. People are kind and attentive if that conversation would happen Having the testing component in the same building is helpful. Thank you.

Everyone is very kind and professional. The wait time was so short I barely had time to pull out my phone - lol. I didn't feel rushed when meeting with the Nurse Practitioner. She was thorough, listened attentively, answered all my questions and was just overall a lovely human.

Once you enter the clinic, you are met with professionalism from all involved. The wait time is less than 15 minutes and, once called you are treated as though you’re the only person there. After all, we all have a choice of whom we treatments from in Duval county, I was lucky enough to choice this clinic. With a scale from 1-10, I give them a 20!
