Blake Robinson is a very caring, professional and has taken care to resolve the problems I am having post surgery. He is a good listener and tries hard to come up with a solution for me. He is friendly and makes me comfortable.

Blake's nurse was friendly and professional. Blake Robinson is excellent at his job. Since my first visit he has been very professional, approachable, personable and friendly. He explains the medical diagnosis, treatment plan suggested and provided excellent treatment and care. His welcoming spirit right from when he walks into the patient room until he leaves is exemplary. Thank you for asking!

PA Robinson is a joy. He knows what he is talking about and doesn't talk "down" to me. He answers every question I ask and his explanations are understandable and succinct. He is very personable.

Blake was very sympathetic to dilemma of needing a cortisone injection before traveling North for a week departing on 12/23. At first I was unable to obtain an appointment until my return but Blake saw my msg on Lee Health's portal and instructed the staff to contact me. They had to make several calls to locate me but we're persistent and successful and I received the injection on 12/19- thank God. I'm Impressed with the empathy demonstrated by Blake and the staff as well as the patient service - all are truly health care professionals.

Blake was outstanding! He showed me my X-Rays and explained what was going on in my knee in real terms so I felt confidant on his diagnosis an d recommended treatment. The nurse who walked me back and took my information was friendly and pleasant. I'm sorry but I forgot her name?

Lori the MA and Blake the PA were both great! I would also like to say that I saw Grace the PA at two prior visits and she is also wonderful. Plus the entire front desk team is very good.

I don't recall the name, but the lady at the desk was very friendly and put me at ease. Blake was wonderful. Listened to this old lady ramble on, which helped me relax. He made the injection as easy as possible, on both visits. Explained everything and was very patient.
