I have visits 3 to 4 times a year and from the staff to the visit with the Doctor (lets not forget the phlebotomist) the nurse were all professionals. Panda included.

The only thing I can think of is when you make an appointment. You have to wait for the whole speech. I think the appointment should be first not last because you’re sick when you’re gone.

I don’t have any thing that I would change about Dr Vigulla or his staff they’ve always treated me & my family members like our care is very important all my doctors are Mid Michigan & I have been very happy with the care I receive

Veronica at the front desk is always a pleasure to see and she did my letter for my flight as I stood there. Unexpectedly... Just love her?

Veronica and Nurse Dee Dee were especially helpful and Dr V ordered the correct treatment. I got the proper medication quickly and recovery was accomplished in three days!

I wish when you call Roscommon, Mid Michigan in Roscommon, would answer the phone, Not Houghton lake, office...I think that is wrong that you have go through the Mid Michigan office of Houghton lake, I like talking with the office I go too...

The phones need to be answered in the office your calling..I think I lot of people will agree with me

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
No, not really. With the exception of the wonderful staff, it's pretty average. Doc has no ambition to look into managing my pain, and pretty much disregards all of my concerns. If it's not on his list to monitor, then it isn't important enough to look into.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My concerns and issues could be a part of his list of things to look into. Instead of disregarding any of my concerns. I really should look for a new primary care doctor.

The office staff at Roscommon are very good. I only wish they could have a direct phone to them instead of having to go through a different location. This is of no fault of their own. It is a corporate fault?
What could have been done to improve your experience?
My experience at the office in Roscommon is always good and comfortable. Unfortunately at no fault if this office, there is not a phone number to contact them. One has to call another office in a different town. This is very personal because patients going to Roscommon are not familiar with the person answering the phone

Dr. Viguilla and his entire staff are personable, caring, knowledgeable, professional and make me feel like I'm stopping in to see friends when I need medical care. That doesn't happen by chance and their office dynamic is the pinnacle others should aspire to achieve.

I have been a diabetic for 30 years. I don’t need written info on diet and weight. I have many books on the subject. The handouts get thrown into the circular file as soon as I get home,

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
There is no better office for medical care from the first person you see that greets you by name and all the way though to the last person you see and say goodbye. All staff at this office are friendly, knowledgeable, personable and professional. I feel treated as if I was a close family member and knowing they mean it to be that way.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not a thing. I'm [age] years old and in my residences in several parts of the country and many different doctors and their staffs, I have never been treated better or made to feel more welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Viguilla and his entire staff are the best. Period.

The nurse who shared stroke experiences of family member was extremely helpful, receptionist always makes us feel good and offered bus tokens, Jennifer [ ] is the best bloodwork drawer we’ve had ever, give them all a star.

I expected to be yelled at and ridiculed when I revealed my drug addiction to dr viguilla but instead he was very compassionate and very helpful to me. Having doctors dog, Panda in the room helped ease my anxiety. So thanks dr V!
