Always shows concerns of whatever I address with her. Empathetic with concerns. Just a great person. So sad that she has moved to Roscommon. It's more of a drive. And hard to get another provider closer to me.

Dr. V. Is the best. He always has provided me the best care. He goes above and beyond and seems to be always in the know regarding my bloodwork results relative to the medication I take to make the appropriate adjustments. He listens to me and is compassionate. He offers excellent advice. He is humorous, warm-hearted and honest. I am very fortunate to have him as my primary care physician. [NAME]

Wait time was 45 minutes and had my date changed a week later when my visits are scheduled 6 mths in advance.

Krista and all of the staff always looked after me and were always very kind, and always talked to me like a friend, and always concerned with my well being. If I was concerned about something they always made sure that I was looked after right away.

CORDIAL and Professional! I was also seen by my provider and done with appointment before my scheduled visit time. Krista McNamara took her time and reviewed ALL my health history and plans for care, healthy lifestyle and testing. She's AMAZING!

They listened when I had questions and did their best to answer them. Also, they were very accommodating to my schedule and when I needed to reschedule something. I appreciate that consideration

From the greetings as I walked in the door to the pre-screening to actually seeing the doctor it was very cut and right to the point. Excellent service all around.

I do not like to visit my doctor when he brings his dog into the visits. It is very intrusive to have a dog sniff you and slobber all over me when I am only there for a check up. I dislike having a dog at my check ups. It is unprofessional.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The last appointment was a followup from an emergency room visit the previous night. 2 fractures to my nose, bruised ribs, sprained finger and right wrist along with possible whiplash. Dr. V checked each Injury and decided further medical visits would not be necessary unless symptoms worsened. He sent over 2 prescriptions for pain and nausea. I was very pleased with the aftercare I recieved and am recovering well.

The front desk lady helping me find the front entrance. I was the first appointment of the day and had never been to this location. I was trying to enter on the left side of the building which was locked. It needs to be labeled better that that entrance is the dental entrance. For someone who has never been there it is confusing and no where does it say that is for dental services.

Dr VIs a fantastic Doctor, He takes time to listen and suggest treatments.So very friendly and asks how my life is going and asks about family members. Staff is also the same....A Great place for Health CareI wouldn't want to go anywhere else

I felt I didn’t get all the answers I needed. I felt rushed. I wish more time was spent going through tests needed and answers for a specific ailment. I didn’t even get to tell the doctor about another issue I have been having.
