Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The last appointment was a followup from an emergency room visit the previous night. 2 fractures to my nose, bruised ribs, sprained finger and right wrist along with possible whiplash. Dr. V checked each Injury and decided further medical visits would not be necessary unless symptoms worsened. He sent over 2 prescriptions for pain and nausea. I was very pleased with the aftercare I recieved and am recovering well.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The front desk lady helping me find the front entrance. I was the first appointment of the day and had never been to this location. I was trying to enter on the left side of the building which was locked. It needs to be labeled better that that entrance is the dental entrance. For someone who has never been there it is confusing and no where does it say that is for dental services.
What could have been done to improve your experience?

Dr VIs a fantastic Doctor, He takes time to listen and suggest treatments.So very friendly and asks how my life is going and asks about family members. Staff is also the same....A Great place for Health CareI wouldn't want to go anywhere else

It is hard to say because I’ve always had outstanding service. I do not have one complaint at all. I can say that I truly believe the Dr Vigula is a great doctor and all the staff are great also.

I felt I didn’t get all the answers I needed. I felt rushed. I wish more time was spent going through tests needed and answers for a specific ailment. I didn’t even get to tell the doctor about another issue I have been having.

Krista is so knowledgeable, so caring and is truly the best care provider. She listens to her patients and explains everything in such a clear and concise manner. I feel very lucky to have Krista as my medical care provider. I honestly believe she saved my life by noticing symptoms that other doctors seemed to miss. Mid Michigan surely has a gem with Krista!

Yes, everybody in the Roscommon office is so very nice & thoughtful. The girl up front is the nicest receptionist !!! People these days well, not so nice. My provider is the best. We followed her from the HLHC in Houghton lake to Roscommon & we just love this Facility. We r so happy & Optimistic of our fairly new Dr. she is in top of everything. Perfect match for our whole family. I feel 100% that my chronic health problems, can be under control for the first time in 10 years. This is the person u want to treat & take care of u…!!!

Have always loved Krista! She used to be at the [ ] were and I followed her to Houghton lake as our primary and now to Roscommon. She is very engaged and prompt. She really cares

I didn’t know I needed to just walk in Houghton lake for my chest X-ray. I waited for a call to schedule and then called them and they said I just walk in. Done now :)

Krista is so knowledgeable and so caring. She actually listens to you and she comes up with a care plan that works. She is very smart and that is just one of the reasons I trust my medical care at Mid Michigan. She never makes you wait long at all. I feel very lucky to have Krista as my care provider. I think Mid Michigan is also very lucky to have her here.

Summary care pages given to me instead of me just viewing on portal. I don't have a printer to print them off currently, but I also did not ask for a copy. Everyone was Wonderful!
