As always when going in the office to see Dr. V everyone treats you like your family. The care I'm given is outstanding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an awesome Dr.

Front desk and phone staff are always very friendly and kind. Medical professionals there are always warm and caring. Dr. V is SPECTACULAR!!! Love having him as my doc.

The ladies in front are always pleasant. Always smiling. Treating me as if I’m family. Dr.V. Is very pleasant. Says things in English so I van understand him.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I would like to be able to call the Roacommon office where my medical appointments are and I am acquainted with the staff rather than having to call the Houghton Lake office where all calls are answered. I do not like that all and it makes no sense!!!!

Very concerned care from all parties in involved. I am very satisfied and hope he stays on for a long time.

I am very happy with this office and nurses and I hope Dr. V stays here a long time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Helped me check on vaccinations, check my care of deep cut gave approval, met and okayed new aide, took the time to take care of several questions which is often difficult due to time restraints.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not sending me home with diet instructions AGAIN! I lost weight and in middle of getting dentures so my choices are already limited besides knowing the information already. It felt like I hadn't achieved goals :-(

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes, there was actually two things. The first thing was how tentatively doctor. Viguila Is Doctor doesn’t rush you out he listens very carefully. The second thing is his care and concern doctor shows I feel that he is amazing and the best doctor I’ve had ever.!!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all, my experience was 100% satisfied!! As I stated, I’m also 100% satisfied with the whole staff at Roscommon. They always go above and beyond and put the patient first they are kind and meaningful and treat you like a person when you show up thank you!!

From the office staff to Nursing to Dr. Viguilla the entire crew are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and professional in all they do.

Not a thing, it was perfect in every aspect from scheduling to completion.

I don't like it that the doctor asked my husband about me. It makes me want to consider finding another doctor.

Dr. Viguilla is an excellent physician! He is truly knowledgeable and he has helped me to make lifestyle changes that have improved my blood pressure, cholesterol and A1C numbers. I feel very lucky to have him as my physician.

Doctor Viguila is a caring and focused doctor he is in tune all the time he is Exceptional doctor!!! And all the staff are also very good to me and always return a call to me and are always happy and smiling to me so thank you so very much for taking care of me.

Nothing my experience as always Is 💯 percent accurate and happy with my doctor

Since I’ve been going to the Russ common office, I have had nothing but great experiences. Dr Vigula and his staff are great at what they do. And making you feel good. Only negative thing I can say is you do not have a direct line to call the office . besides that everything has been exceptional. And I would recommend Dr Vigula and his staff to my family and friends.

I was amazed at how quickly I was in and out of the office. I love that there is little wait time when I go in.for an appointment.

Dr V could talk slower so I can understand him better.

My bone density test was not ready even though it had been a month. Someone should have let me know so I could have rescheduled.

All the staff at MidMichigan inclusive are friendly caring people that work with patients with the highest level of professionalism while making us feel we're visiting old friends that are glad to see us and care about how we are completely and not just a medical standpoint.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I used to hear people say there's always room for improvement but not in this case. Everyone in that office no matter their position is at the top of their game.

Dr V is a wonderful PCP. He always listens to my concerns very patiently. The entire visit, as soon as he entered the exam room, was extremely worthwhile. What was outstanding at this visit was his understanding of me as a person and a patient and of course his medical advice specific to why I there for the appointment.

Dr. Viguilla is an awesome doctor. I have so much confidence in his care! I would love for him to be recognized for the excellence in his care. My husband and I are very grateful to have such a wonderful physician in this area!

Yes there are things what is 100% outstanding is Veronica at the front desk? She is amazing at her job and also the nurse very kind works awesome with patients. Very very happy with her Doctor Viguila is a very amazing doctor. His work ethics are 150% noticeable he’s always kind and he’s always concerned that his patience like myself are living a happy and healthy life. I can’t say enough about Dr. Viguila He is the best doctor and all the years I have ever seen and same goes for the whole team at Roscommon mid Michigan Medical Center. There is nothing I have had to say all 100% perfect thank you for keeping me healthy.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing at all. My experience is always 100% perfect. Don’t change anything it’s like a well oiled machine. It never stops running so thank you so very much to everyone.
