Veronica up front is always cheerful, asked if I needed help and got me taken care of immediately. The whole staff if phenomenal including Dr Viguilla. I could not be happier with my care there.

The best part of the visit , was the K9 supervisor ( Dog) she makes you relax. Especially if you are a dog person . Very unique and appreciated..

I have visits 3 to 4 times a year and from the staff to the visit with the Doctor (lets not forget the phlebotomist) the nurse were all professionals. Panda included.

The only thing I can think of is when you make an appointment. You have to wait for the whole speech. I think the appointment should be first not last because you’re sick when you’re gone.

I don’t have any thing that I would change about Dr Vigulla or his staff they’ve always treated me & my family members like our care is very important all my doctors are Mid Michigan & I have been very happy with the care I receive

Veronica and Nurse Dee Dee were especially helpful and Dr V ordered the correct treatment. I got the proper medication quickly and recovery was accomplished in three days!

I wish when you call Roscommon, Mid Michigan in Roscommon, would answer the phone, Not Houghton lake, office...I think that is wrong that you have go through the Mid Michigan office of Houghton lake, I like talking with the office I go too...
