His medical talent is first rate. Communication skills always great…often with a careful touch of making sure it sinks in with the eye glasses drop and emphasizing seriousness….and of course brief weaving in about grand kids, mutual friends and golf …frosting on making the visits impactful.

I’ve seen Dr. Perez for around 30 years. Out of any other doctors I’ve seen along the way for other specialties, Dr. Perez is the best in every way. He seems to truly care about my health and any issues. I feel like he really pays attention to everything in my history and asks me questions. He listens intently and on my next visit always follows up with how it’s going. I trust Dr. Perez and I’m so lucky to be under his care.
