The office and staff are always so friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around. The office runs very efficiently, and I’m always impressed by how smoothly everything is handled (unlike Baptist Lab). I’m definitely sad that Dr. Kawa is leaving the practice, as I’ve had a great experience with him, but I’m hopeful that the doctor taking his place will be just as wonderful. Overall, I highly recommend this office, the staff, professionalism, and efficiency are consistently amazing!

The overall customer service experience is wholesome. The entire experience from the receptionists to the PA/Nuse and finally Dr Kawa leaves me feeling special and having received the best care possible by having any/all concerns addressed in a timely manner. DR Kawa is genuine and not only treats symptoms but addresses any/all concerns in its entirety. I feel more optimistic about my overall health journey!
