Cleanliness, efficiency. Ladies at the desk are welcoming. PCP is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Explains test results and is always willing to answer any questions asked. I never feel like I am being rushed in and out.

I always have a great experience at this office. The front desk staff is consistently kind and cheerful, making check-in quick and pleasant. The nurse who took my vitals was very nice, and I appreciate how efficient the process is—I’m in and out in no time. The doctor is wonderful as well, very kind and thorough, always taking the time to answer all of my questions and consider my input about my health. I truly feel listened to and cared for at every visit.

Prompt attention upon arrival, usually don't have a long wait time once in the room for the doctor visit and great communication via the patient portal.

Dr. Kawa is a very thorough, kind and compassionate doctor. I’ve never been so healthy in 79 years! He takes time and listens. I’m lucky I found him. The entire office is efficient, friendly and immaculate. The Lab is so easy, very impressed.
