very efficient office. Appointments are on time with very little wait time. Dr. Kawa listens well and takes action to address my health issues. The testing lab is also very efficient including any specialized x-ray testing plus the normal blood draws.

I like the overall atmosphere. The entire team from front office, nurse Shannon to Dr Kawa are wonderful with a much needed "bedside" manner. They take their time with you and treat you with basic humanity that I feel has gone by the wayside in most institutions. My first experience was back in May 2025 when I had recently switched providers due to personal concerns. Dr Kawa reviewed my past medical history and took a very holistic approach to my care plan. He shared his recommendations and did not mince words on steps to a healthier me. It was daunting back then; however, my latest visit on November 2025, reflected my 14-pound weight loss through avoiding sugar, drinking plenty of water and engaging in my exercise regimen. Do bear in mind that my blood work has not changed drastically, but NONE of my prior providers EVER highlighted the concern regards my borderline a1c numbers, which were slowly creeping up. Dr Kawa and team have remained consistent in their approach and delivery of top notch and stellar customer care and service. The feeling I have is that they have my best interest at the core. Team, thank you for treating me as an individual and for the continued support and care that you continue to exhibit.
