My counselor Michelle was very knowledgeable. She was a great help to my family and I. Throughout my meeting she kept checking in and asking how I was feeling or how something made me feel. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand. After each thing she explained she checked in and asked if I or anyone had any questions. When I did she answered them clearly and made sure it was fully answered and clear.

The concept and procedure was explained thoroughly.
They offer FREE testing to applicable relatives following any findings of genetic link to cancers.

Michelle R was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable of the subject and was great at
presenting the information in a relatable way. The bonus was her compassion.
Also, the phlebotomist was excellent and also very friendly and caring. Great staff!!

I really loved how Michelle was very detailed on exactly how the whole entire genetic process works. I like the PowerPoint presentation. She showed me in her notebook that I’m a very detailed oriented person and it helped me understand the process from the beginning to the end, I like how she Will call me to tell me my results and truly acts like she cares and that I am part of the Baptist family thank you so much. I appreciate your support and efforts during my breast cancer treatment recovery.
