Laura Ridgley was so kind, professional and explain everything very clearly. She clearly is Exceptional at her profession and I look forward to visit with her for all my medical needs. Her assistant, Gigi is also very good at the practice and does a good job taking history and vitals.

Laura was very concerned and caring about my concerns. She answered all my questions appropriately and showed compassion towards me. She also educated me on strategies to to treat my issues and when to call the office and/or 911.

My encounter with Dr. Laura Ridgley was amazing! She addressed the problem and also referred me to urology to figure out why I keep getting UTIs. She also refills my medicine and was very helpful addressing the problem and what they conditions maybe. I would love to be able to have her as a primary care doctor. She took her time and was very sincere and empathetic to my situation.

The ladies at check in are so sweet, caring and happy! They give you a comfort that is hard to find in doctors offices today. Laura is amazing! She always takes her time to listen. Great office!

Gigi was great getting my vitals and checking me in, asked about any concerns I wanted to discuss with Laura. Laura was great as well. Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions! Very happy with Laura, Gigi and the team in the office!

I will rate Laura Ridgley, APRN service as outstanding. She called me or do some video health meetings with me whenever things needs to be addressed right away. I am also thankful to her for referring me to an Otolaryngologist for my chronic ear infection which I have been suffering for decades.

I went to the coconut point medical office as it was a Saturday and the promenade was closed. I had never been here before and it was lovely. I had the last appointment of the day. There was no one there. The girl at the check-in was fine. she did everything perfect very organized. The physicians assistant was very nice. She was the one I got to see very thorough couldn't have asked for more.
