I’ve been seeing Dr. Reid for about five years. Aside from her skill as a retina specialist, she’s got a fabulous personality and fantastic “bedside” manner. Doctors have to be able to demonstrate compassion without investing their emotions in their patients. She should be teaching this skill to young docs.

Everyone we dealt with was very professional. They were able to answer all our questions and we actually understood what they were explaining. Dr, Xu was extremely helpful in informing us a new treatment and after explaining it also gave us information to bring home and read at our leisure. Overall a very rewarding experience.

Dr. Xu is thoughtful and takes the time to answer all questions. The eye surgery she performed was for Macular hole. Surgery was a breeze. I highly recommend.

Dr Reid is fantastic, very professional and efficient. She explained what was happening with my eyes, what treatment was going to be completed that day and what's to come in the future. Since I was the last patient of the day, she had a chance to slow down and we got to talk about various topics.
