I came in by ambulance and wasn’t sure how I was going to get home. Without asking a cab was called for me, which was greatly appreciated and unexpected.

I would like to mention the millers who helped me throughout my stay. His name is Liam. He's a male nurse in the ER department. He's very professional, kind, concerned and caring. If there were more professional people like him, this world would be a better place. I'm very thankful he was my nurse during my stay.

The courtesy, compassion, and caring were very high. I felt that each provider really cared. The examinations were thorough and the explanations detailed and clear. I would highly recommend the people who work here. Excellent community culture that is caring and supportive.

When I came in most recently, I had come from a different emergency room, specifically the Sierra Medical Center emergency room, where I had received less than good care. And when I came to the renowned emergency room, the doctor that I got on the third, whose name escapes me right now, but I'm sure it's in my records, listened to me very intently. He heard my complaints about my experience at the previous emergency room at Sierra Medical Center. He took my concerns and my complaints very seriously about how my care was handled at that facility and did a very �

First time in an ER and the attention I got erased my fear of being in a hospital. I was provided with all the necessary procedures that I believe was needed to determine the condition I was under. In all, I left the facility with confidence that I will be ok. Thank for everything.

The nurses, doctors and technicians were so very professional and kind. Nurse just before I was released was terribly busy so my daughter took care of me so I could leave.

I have not been to an ER in 19 years, since taking a grandson when he was a toddler. I was pleasantly pleased. No one wants to go the ER - especially when not feeling well. I was there for just under 4 hours. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, efficient, and personable. It truly made a "not so fun" experience one I won't dread again. Great staff!

Okay, so the doctor that I had spoken to, he did a fabulous job. He was very polite and he had a very humble character. And I think he's a great addition to the team that you guys have there. It was very wonderful being cared for by him. He was very polite, very respectful, very intelligent, and very, he spoke very well. And the other staff as well, they were fabulous. I have never been in and out of an ER as fast as I was. From the time I arrived until I picked up my medication at the pharmacy and left it was an hour and a half.
