Dr. Kersjes and Chris, attending nurse were a great team. Patient, understanding, courteous and very good at explaining procedures.

My emergency room doctor and nurse were totally amazing. They both have found their calling in the medical field. Their bedside manner was perfect and showed me how much they cared about me and my health. I would recommend Renown to anyone that would listen. Just amazing!

The dr was very good. Realized I just needed to go home and recover. Once I got to her things got much much better.

It is very difficult if no impossible to contact the hospital on weekends. You have to go in. Many things could be resolved if after hours and weekends were prominently displayed on line and staff we would answer calls.

Everyone had a job to do and it all got done quickly and efficiently! They were waiting for me when I arrived via ambulance. The communication between nurses and doctors was pleasant and professional, as well as communicating to me and my husband exactly what was going on & what they were going to do!! Very good experience at this hospital! ❤️

I was brought to the ER after a very serious car accident and was a little shook up and very nervous. The entire team was so kind and empathetic, especially the ER MD who noticed I was a little teary eyed and took the time to reassure me. I was in and out of CT in minutes. I had results and was out the door in less than 2 hours. Thank you all for showing me very much needed kindness on one of the most scariest days of my life! You all are Amazing!!

My nurses on [ ] and [ ] one had purple hair I believe SO AWESOME so patient and tried explaining everything I had questions about. They made me feel at home. Please tell them how awesome they were I think it was Kristine and Megan

1. I called S Mdws first and I am so grateful that the person on the phone called pharmacy first to check if they had what we needed. They didn’t so we went to Renown main. This saved us a lot of time. 2. The ease of making follow up appointments at the Infusion Center
