All the people I came in contact with were courteous, kind and genuinely concerned that I receive the best care possible. All processes were done with full explanation and as a result I felt very comfortable at Renown Health.

They were busy but staff and all was nice friendly and the er was busy but was keep clean and the back was busy it was clean also and staff was great

Our nurse was fantastic. Very informative and sweet. Our doctor was also great. It was busy that night but we made it out fairly quickly.

Mitch, the emt on rotation was exceptional and even stayed with my husband while I quickly went to get something to eat. Vanessa his nurse was very caring and so was the doctor. The only frustration was having to be there almost six hours for a cut on the forehead and his nose.

Everybody took very good care of me. I think that the doctor who looked after me, Dr., I think it's Chobudo, Andrew, whoever the primary, whoever the doctor was on my case, did a great job and he didn't, I had, I thought that I was going to need a procedure and he showed me that I didn't. And sometimes doctors just want to get whatever done, you know, but he wanted to make sure that I was cared for well. So I appreciate that. Not needing a needle is always a good thing.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for the good care that I received when I came in. The medical assistants were super nice and friendly and the doctor was kind and patient and kind of explained things in a way that I could understand. And also the people that do the CT scans, yeah, they were extremely cool too. So you have a lot of good people working there. Thanks.

The emergency room doctor that I saw, I do not know his name, but he was excellent. He explained exactly what was going on and what I needed to watch out for. I appreciate everybody in the emergency room department. They all did a great job. Thank you.

The ER treated my symptoms with rapid testing to rule out a stroke. My ER physician was kind and explained what might have caused my symptoms. Renown did a great job!

Our doctor was very patient and kind with my aunt and I believe his name was Matthew Robichod... yeah, something. Anyways, he was really great and thorough with all the tests and just very sympathetic and helpful. And then Haley, the nurse, was really helpful and just so kind and so good with my great aunt who is having a lot of memory issues and struggling a lot with her just bedside manner and the nurse was so wonderful to her and I really appreciated it greatly. So thank you.

I recieved explanation from nurse and not doctor who did test. I wouldve preferred explanation from doctor to also ask questions.

The doctor was wonderful. She took care of my laceration with professional courtesy. I didn't, however, like the nurse that came in. He was very, I don't know, I think he just needs to improve on his, like, customer service type stuff, however it's called, his, his, I don't know, but I didn't like that at all, but I did like the doctor. So there you go.

I was expecting a long wait in the ER, but was only there 2 hours total. Dr. Rolshoven was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, and was thorough in his assessment of my problem. He checked on me frequently while I was waiting for the medication he prescribed.

I thought it was awful. They did not explain anything. They rushed me, rushed me the whole time. I had no idea what they were... I thought they were supposed to be making tests, certain tests, but I felt like I was in prison and they rushed everything and I was totally confused when they decided to let me go home.

I love renown, you guys have saved my life twice and go to the upmost degree to find out what’s wrong with you when you go in there. People ask me aren’t you nervous when you go in the hospital? I have to say no I couldn’t be in better hands. This goes from dealing with Dr. Hauser, Dr. Rickles, Dr. K and any other doctor that I encounter while I’m there at your hospital you have my fullest confidence. I am 79 years of age and have been too many places in the United States. I have to say that renown is the only hospital that in all my years, I feel confident to go into and know I’m gonna be treated well and with care and with the best doctors that you guys have. I have never complained about your hospital once in the nine years, I’ve been going there. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you are being taken care of which leaves me to relax and concentrate on what’s wrong with me and now we were gonna get to the bottom of it. Thank you again for being so great. I was gonna move away from here and realized because of my age and things I could go wrong that I couldn’t move out of the area where Renown is

Then I really appreciate the help. They did to me when I went into the emergency front desk, right went right away with me and asked me what was wrong when they were helping another patient as well.

The nurses were absolutely wonderful. I was at the hospital for my husband and they just really took care of me and was just staying with me and I just really appreciated it. Yes, and the doctor, I was there too. This is the husband. The doctor was very, very cordial, very nice, explained things wonderfully and gave us great treatment. I was there for something else. Earlier, my wife was there in ER. That was her situation.

I had a very good experience from everyone but the most and best experience was the two nurses that I had they were amazing and the second one I can't even say enough to say how amazing she was she took care of me knew when I was going to have an anxiety attack before I even had it I just she was just amazing I can't say anymore that she was just amazing I would keep her I wouldn't let her go if I could have brought her home and kept her forever I would have I had a great experience I wouldn't change a thing

The nurse who brought me back to my room was incredibly nice. Her name is Sarah and she was such a delight. The staff was wonderful and even though they were extremely busy that night, once I was back in the room my visit didn’t take long at all.

Everyone treated me like was important and in need of medical care. I am 81 so I guess a lot of things can come up and they were ready.
