ED RMC
The doctors who took care of me in the back were very helpful, the front desk lady PAR lady was alittle rude and kept letting people cut in line as I was trying to check in , so I had about 3 people cut because she wants to take them first?

My experience was good. I did not wait very long in the waiting room. They took care of me real good and they saw me right away and I was happy with the visit.

My time there was a very crowded 4 hours but worth the wait, and giving me opportunity to observe that all employees were very professional and helpful. I got the impression that they all enjoyed their jobs at the E.R. and caring for patients. I'll never go anywhere else. Plus the doctor was A+

The ER security was so kind and helpful with calming my extremely autistic son, the doctor the nurse, wonderful people. Very loud and stressful and they were so kind.

I didn't catch their names but ny main nurse and doctor were absolutely fantastic! they made me feel comfortable in every way. they were also hilarious

I received excellent and timely care. Nurses and Doctors were all very professional and caring.
They were all very thorough with the care I received. Being from out of town I felt I was in very good hands for medical treatment .

Dr. Russell was good.
Chest x-ray, technician good
Bianca with information forms was good.
One other person can't remember their name was good.
One other person was less professional.
Needs to work on their patient concern and care a little.

Only part of emergency was time we had to wait for cat scan.

Reception is great. I was especially impressed with how well they handled everyone and their needs.. It was busy 9pm to 5am.
The Doctor was there and working hard. I had many issues and not much time spent but after all it is an ER. I say well done.
Radiology also was fun and comfortable. I really appreciated the kindness they both showed me.

The emergency room staff got me right in with no delays because of my circumstances; the doctor was great and saw me immediately. And then I went directly into the CAT scan. When that was cleared, I was released; it was a seamless event.. a young man named Josh was particularly kind and helpful while taking my blood pressure. He's an excellent employee. Everyone I dealt with was professional and informative
This was the best Emergency room experience I've ever had..

I was grateful for everybody there. They were great people. I've never been to a hospital that had so much respect for other people. I enjoyed being there and they made me feel great. And it's like a heaven sent. Keep improving and keep working on the people customer service because a lot of people don't have a regimen of good earthly vibing people working together and with the clients. God bless your hospital and I hope it builds and enlightens other hospitals that come like yours. Have a nice day.

Glad my ER doc was familiar with my issue and was able to convey that it was just going to need time to heal. Extraction of the clotted blood under the wound really gave a lot of relief. Glad I got antibiotics, too, even though I prefer not having them! Just want to heal. Thanks Dr. Erik Pearson and all the attending ladies!

Overall, my experience was positive and I had pleasant interactions and conversations with most of the providers. There was one nurse that was very unfriendly and had zero empathy. Other nurses and doctors seemed to have a true interest in wanting to help.

My Nurse was Lesly she worked Graveyard she was outstanding overall completely attentive care for me like real nurse should be taking care of her patient I was dying of sepsis somehow in all that pain she was able to always relief me of it. She not only care for me correctly she also spoke life into me daily that really was uplifting in a moment of real physical hardship I recommend all nurses take notes from her except My other nurse Lety she was remarkable too went above and beyond with her care and attention too Love them both I will always remember them complete sweet hearts that did their jobs excellently!

Absolutely amazing team and staff. I came in during a chaotic system shut down and was still taking care of quickly and professionally. I am still waiting on release papers for work though. I cant return to work without those

Everyone from the time I walked in until the time I left was wonderful, compassionate, friendly, and I love that they all said when I was leaving each station, I hope you feel better. I love that. However, the doctor that I had, I was not that happy with. Although he was friendly, he wasn't listening to anything I said. I would tell him something and he wasn't listening and he would do the complete opposite. So anyway, that was a little bit of a concern of mine. Thank you.

The ultrasound technician that helped me out that day was very uninformed of my condition, expected me to walk to the room, pointed to it, and when I told him I couldn't walk and said, it's right there. So he was uninformed and didn't look into my condition or ask questions. He was discourteous even.

Every single staff member we encountered were very considerate, professional and very helpful. Everyone was so nice. Dr Robichaud was awesome. I appreciate the excellent care I received at Renown. I'm a retired RN and I could not find fault with anyone. Thank you Renown.

Well, everybody did a good job except I kept waiting and nobody would get back to me. I kind of understand it's busy over there, so that's acceptable. But I just wish that somebody would come in and talk to me a little bit more. Okay, well, thank you. Goodbye.

I had an excellent experience. I went in scared and full of unknowns. I was blown away with the care I received from the front office all the way to the doctor. Everyone was amazing.

I'm just wondering where the urine culture result is after 48 hours. I don't know why I got that. I got the blood culture result, said no bacteria in five days, but I wish I had the urine culture because my crotch is still burning, so I don't know. I guess I'll have to come back and ask about that. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you. Bye.
