Dr. Di Rocco was fantastic. He was great with my mom with dementia and explained everything in a thorough manner.

All staff took my blindness into consideration when dealing with me after I made them aware of it. It seems that your staff don’t deal with many blind patients though. Some basics in how to guide a blind person could be useful.

I left with no knowledge of my condition I spoke with no doctor. I couldn’t reach the off site doctor because of the impending weekend so I still have no idea of my condition or what I should do other than try to phone on Monday. I am wearing my neck brace and will try make contact on Monday. Otherwise I was comfortable. Thank you for that. ?

I have never had the pleasure of being cared for at such a amazing ER.
I had an accident skiing . I hit the ice so hard it split my helmet and the trauma doctors cared for me along with specialists and nurses. It felt personal. They sat beside me so they could look me in the eye and tell me what they were going to do. Everything they said, they followed through on.Everyone was kind, gentle, and told me what they were doing as they did it. I was scared and they got me through. Renown is the medical facility I use. Thank you so much. What gifted, intelligent, also emotionally intelligent , kind and professional staff.

The staff was quick to help. Very polite and understanding. I was not in good shape when I got there, but they got to me quickly and professionally

Everyone in the back, when it comes down to being attended in the room, is very polite. My experience was great, even with the front. Yeah, that's it.

Dr. Sorensen provided very good care. Nurse Cindy was very friendly, very professional, and very compassionate. My pain was still bad when I was discharged, and unfortunately I had to return to the ER a couple days later because I was unable to care for myself. Overall, it was a positive emergency room experience, and I felt like the people that took care of me really cared about me.

You guys were fantastic for taking care of me. You guys gave me all the information that I needed. You guys just had me informed of what was going on with me. You guys are a wonderful facility. I would literally recommend it to anybody and everybody that I can. You guys are a wonderful, like I said, you guys are a wonderful facility and you guys do your all's job to the T. I was brought in to Renown in an ambulance and cared for there while they determined to reattach my finger I needed to be flown in to San Francisco. Renown did a great job keping me calm, comfortable, and informed about my next steps. They worked with everyone involved to get me transported and my surgery set up in San Francisco. I can't say good enough things about my experience at Renown.

Yes, I had a great experience. All the nurses and doctors were fantastic. I couldn't ask for any better care. I'll be going back there next month and I'm looking forward to seeing everybody again. Thank you much. May God bless you and every step of the way in your life and amen.

Came in through REMSA and seems I got in a room fairly quickly. They came in quickly and got things going and to what they were going to do. The nurse came in and explained some stuff and the Dr. came in also. Ran some more tests and the Dr. came back within an hour and explained some more things to us and said I could be discharged as the A fib and gone back to normal. Said to contact the cardiologist and changed one of my medications. All in all was a good experience considering the ER department was very busy!!!!

I appreciate that my doctor took the time to go through my chart, review meds and history and report back to me. We had a conversation, somewhat short , that was important to me!

My nurse, Laura, was a friendly, caring, attentive person who very quickly made me feel comfortable with what was an embarrassing issue. Her sense of humor, efficiency, and confidence were appreciated. The ultrasound guy Andy was equally as competent and friendly.

During my time in the emergency all the staff treated me with a great level of care, and I was confident that I was seen as priority. They always kept me updated on what was transpiring with my health, and they took the time to listen to my concerns. They did everything they could to see what was going on with me. I had the sweetest nurse, Alicia who was absolutely amazing. Overall, I had a positive experience with my first time in the Renown emergency.
