The technician who handled my CT scan was amazing. I was very afraid about the procedure but she had amazing bedside manner and talked me through the whole process to rest my mind at ease.

I was very scared when I arrived. They reassured me that I was in good hands. All staff made me feel very safe and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful. It was a smooth check in process and smooth process overall. Doctor, nurses, technicians and all staff were fantastic with the care I received. No one wants to go to the Hospital/ER so thank you for making it a pleasant visit!

Fiona was fantastic and the dr too. Plenty of explanation and checking in on me. I think its only my 2nd trip to an ER in 63 years and i did not want to go( nurses never do….), but everyone was professional and kind. And wait was short- i was shocked! They helped to restore my failing trust in medicine….

This is the third time I have had to go to Renown ED due to my medical issue. The staff is attentive and ready to answer our questions about my treatment and they are knowledgeable and informed regarding my medical condition.
