I find it impossible to give survey evaluation when the visit was an emergency, caused by another driver, out of my control, in a town that I do not live in, etc. I am pleased I was able to be received by your ER department for the care I needed.

I was impressed with all staff from the front desk to the time I checked out. Not just my attending staff, but everyone I encountered was terribly friendly and accommodating. I specifically appreciated the text messages that kept me informed of my process all the way along! I knew my doctor was looking over my chart before she even had the chance to make an appearance. That's a very nice feature. For an ER experience it was really ideal. Thank you!

I had a head injury and I take blood drain medicine, so I was escalated so I can have a CT scan. I think that everyone was very polite and caring and it moved along very quickly for me. And I thank them for everything that they did, doctors and my nurse guy, Donald, I think was his name. Anyway, thank you so much. I still have my hematoma, hematoma, but other than that, I think it's I'm fine. Thank you. Bye.

From the moment walking in to us walking out we felt taken care. Everyone we met even doctors and nurses who didn't attend to us greeted us just walking by in the halls and were very nice.

This is my first experience being airlifted into the ER. The transition from landing into the ER was smooth with no waiting at all due to my trauma injury visit. The procedures and operations felt super smooth and seamless.

I lucked out and it wasn't crowded as on past visits, which made it a much better experience. I know there is a shortage of medical staff everywhere these days, so this was a nice change. I appreciate all the staff there and the care and caring they showed me.

I didn’t have to wait too long in the waiting room and the patient room when I got taken up. The doctor was very friendly, polite, and very professional. He explained to me exactly what he was looking for in the CAT scan. When the CAT scan came back, I was able to be discharged because they found nothing serious.

All right, honestly, I love the facility. I love how fast I got through. I love I was constantly updated by a text because when I came, you guys asked for my number and everything. I was constantly updated by a text. I appreciate that. Everybody was nice, but for one, I just feel like what I came there for, it is still kind of bothering me like four or five days later. And I have only one dose left of my antibiotics. I would have believed that it would have almost been healed or probably gone already. But I guess after taking the last dose of [RX]

I thought staff was good. It was thorough. I got more factual information following this visit in an easier format.
Medications were explained. They were confusing until it was explained. Appreciated the juice from Dr Juhl-long time between any meals & he gave good info on meds & why I should take them all!

I went there in a ambulance, they were great. I was pretty out of it the whole time but when they woke me up to discharge me, whoever that was, was awesome. He walked me out and was so friendly. Thank you so much for that.

I thought the nurse that took care of me in the emergency room was excellent. She reduced my stress. She helped me in any way she could. And I just felt stress-free for a little bit anyway. And she deserves a medal for being so kind to somebody old. Thanks.

I had 2 visits 3 days prior to north valley er and my visit to renown saved me. The Dr listened and with new medication I was finally relieved from extreme pain I had for 5 days non stop. Thank you to the doctor I seen.

The er team was able to successfully make sure my arm stopped bleeding. I will always be grateful for what they and the paramedics did to save my life.

The nurse and the people that would come and clean out the trash area were very friendly and very comforting. The nurse that I had did an excellent job of making me feel safe and comfortable and welcome.

The staff there was wonderful. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. It just, it was an all-in-all wonderful experience other than being in an emergency room. But yeah, I was real happy with it. And the only thing you can improve is your food. The food quality has gone way down. But that's minor. Thank you.

I had the best experience with the entire staff. Especially taking how I was feeling into consideration as well as the fact that I was in excruciating pain everyone went above and beyond to ensure I would be as comfortable as possible as quickly as possible. I've always gotten great care here. Which is the reason why I continue to go here for my medical needs. Especially when im feeling so badly. I always highly recommend going to this ED....

First I went to double r ER, I saw the triage nurse then sat there for 3 hours I got a text saying the rooms was ready and I would be seen soon then 30 minutes later I saw a 4th person who came in after go back so I left. I went to Mill street ER next morning and they did everything they could to keep me informed keep me comfortable and help me out. I had a herniated disc and Mill steer went above and beyond walking was difficult and a nurse came out to the parking lot with a wheel chair to help accommodate me the best they could. That small action made a world of difference in treatment between the two ER. Thank you Mill street for going above and beyond for your patients

I just wish someone might have thought about nausea medication with My script! I can't see going through the whole ER process again just to get anti nauseous pills
