The waiting time between the various tests seemed excessive. We were there for six and one half hours for just a few tests.

Everybody was really helpful and had a good attitude, seemed knowledgeable, but it was just very busy and which affected how long it took to get waited on. And also, I did not care for the food at all. Thank you. Bye.

We have been to the Renown ER many times. My elderly parents have always received quality care and treatment. Doctors, nurses, and staff are friendly, supportive, and answer all questions that we’ve asked. We are very appreciative.

They took me in right away. Took awhile to see Dr was lots of patients waiting saw more info on my chart app nobody told me ultrasound was coming I didn’t receive the medicine they the Dr said he’d give me and it was in my discharge papers spent a full day but the labs did come back fast all on my chart nobody explained to

Everybody did a great job. However, I just wish that maybe like beverages were offered, like, you know, water. I don't, it doesn't matter. We were there for quite a while. So it would have been nice to have like, you know, some refreshments. It wasn't just me in the room. My stepmom was there. And yeah, I don't want to have to track anybody down to get a drink. Plus, there was no, like, I don't know what those others are called to get the attendance attention. But yeah. Anyway, everything else though is very nice. Thank you.

From the emt’s at the sight to all the care givers at hospital all were wonderful.
Also the ambulance people were terrific, and I wanted to say thank you to them too, but I guess here is best I can do thank you to all, police, ambulance and nurses and drs. All thank you so much.

My doctor and nurse were great. The triage nurse was great too. CT and phlebotomist also were great. I had panicked a little when I first got there because the blood pressure cuff was too tight because they used one that was too small. The check in girl just kept telling me to calm down. When someone is panicking, telling them to calm down is the last thing they want to hear. My hand was actually cramping because the cuff was too small. The triage nurse gave me a different cuff. Everyone after that was kind and helpful though.

M.D. Hardwick, was very attentive to my needs, screening was through and he actually cared about my pain instead of trying to coat it with Tylenol which is what I already took...he gave me all the medication I needed dor gastroenteritis. Awesome doctor and highly recommend him for any care you need.

I had a horrible stay (3 months) at Renown Rehabilitation where I was heavily drugged and had hallucinations almost 3 years ago. Unfortunately I have problems with Renown because of it. The ER was fine but it brought a lot of anxiety with it. I hope I never have to go there again.

I recommend renowned all the time.
Being a native Nevada from Carson City I always tell people that moved to Nevada that if they want to die go to Carson Tahoe hospital if they want to live go to Renown in Reno. I know a lot of people who say the exact thing.

The ladies in the emergency room
that afternoon did an amazing job handling all the people who came in. They showed great compassion. It was very busy, but they got me in and out within an hour.

I had seen 5 other physicians before my trip to renown. Your emergency doctor took exactly 1.5 hours to find the problem. I woke the next day 8+pounds water retention lighter. And for the first time in 5 months I am able to walk without going breathless. Thank all of you so much. I have been telling everyone you are the only hospital I trust.

The only bad experience I had was waiting for transport to go down stairs. My ride was there for 30 mins then had to leave to drop off my brother at work, then while he was gone I was taken down to specialty care to wait on an uncomfortable chair, the lady took the wheel chair so I painfully walked to the car after my dad got back. I was very unhappy but other than that my visit was great

I received the BEST care at my visit. From check-in, to provider care, to the CT staff, to the bedside x-ray staff, all the way from start to finish. In fact, I called your pharmacy today and spoke with the most patient and kind staff member. I am transferring ALL my RX's to the Renown pharmacy. I have had the WORST 2.5 years of pharmacy experiences with Community Health Alliance pharmacy AND Wellcare pharmacy. Renown Hospital has earned my complete loyalty from here on out. I retired from healthcare last year and I will inform ALL my colleagues to choose/transfer their health needs and RX needs to Renown Health. ~Monika Elliott~

The visit overall was fine. The staff was knowledgeable. Most of the staff was courteous, pleasant, very friendly, not a problem. The doctor's bedside manner is absolutely atrocious. If I end up back in there and I have him as a doctor, I will be requesting to replace him. Because that man, absolutely atrocious. He, the guy just, he has no common sense when speaking to somebody. He speaks to you like you're an idiot, constantly talking down to you. And when he told me that I need to get over my preconceptions of being violated,

Hi, I just wanted to say the antibiotics are not helping at all, and my leg is painful, and it wasn't painful when I left the hospital. And I've had three ER visits, only two with you. I should have gone to you the first time. And I just can't afford to keep going back to ER, and I can't get in with my doctor until next week. I thought there should have been a little more follow-up when it's not really clearing up on the cellulitis. Thank you.

EMTs Adi and Holly were outstanding and professional. Felt cared for and made me feel at ease. Monet and Dr. Murphy were also outstanding. Explained everything very professional and looked me in the eye. I was at the right place during my emergency. Thanks to everyone who cared for me. Well done.
