My ED visit was one for the medical journals! Dr. Hardwick suggested cardioversion to treat my afib episode. He answered all my inquiries, his kindness calmed my nerves. I agreed with the procedure and I told him I trust him! While Britt, the RN in charge, was preparing for the procedure, we had a light hearted ( no pun intended) conversation, we were giggling and laughing since the conversation started when I compared the cardioversion to gastroenterology procedures. Before the sedation was going to be administered, Britt said " Stop"! She heard the beep changed ( supersonic hearing, I thought!) My heart �� converted to sinus rhythm without any warning! For me, that's a miracle! Britt was so amazing, the whole team helped me stay calm and positive about the procedure! Dr. Hardwick is the best! I appreciate the entire team who were there that night! Dr Hardwick, Britt, another RN ( sorry I forgot) the Respiratory Therapist, and the ECG technician! The cardioversion wasn't performed, I was observed for a while to make sure that my afib didn't come back , then got discharged. I left Britt with the suggestion of having conversations with afib patients, comparing cardioversion to more invasive procedures ( in my case gastro procedures), probably just to help the heart to behave. Lol . This was my best ED visit ever, I'll be telling this story to my family's next generations to come!

I was brought in by ambulance and very confused, my accident knocked me for a loop, but I was treated very kind Thanks to all staff

It was my physician that day who named. He did super well and super quick to just get what we needed done in and out. His name was Anthony Gus He saw. Anyway, I appreciate him.

Brought by ambulance and from start to finish everyone was wonderful. They asked questions and I felt they genuinely cared about me. They made a very unpleasant situation as comfortable as possible and I truly appreciated that

The nurse that came in and worked on me, she was excellent. And she seemed like she was harsh at first, but as she talked, you can see how sincere she was. She even called me the other day to see how I was doing. So I'm sorry I don't know her name, but she was excellent.

I was admitted into the ER within 5 minutes after arriving, with follow-up EKG, bloodwork and X-rays done almost immediately. The attending physician and staff were all very compassionate, kind and very helpful - even providing urgently needed prescription medication which was otherwise unavailable through the Maestro mail-order pharmacy, which was closed for 3 days. Thank you Renown ER staff!

I am from California so when I had to go to the ER in a different state of course I was unsure of what to expect. The minute I walked into the ER I was treated with the best possible service & felt completely satisfied with everyone I saw. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I had a good time with a person named Brianna Youssef. She is an anesthesiologist technician. She treated me with care and she was super nice. There is also Dr. Tim Needumin. He's also a great primary and has been very helpful along the way of me being sick and treating me with time and care.

Yeah, everybody was amazing from when they took me in to triage me and it was so busy. They parked me outside and they kept me informed of how long I would be. It was really busy. And when I got inside to a room, the girl that was helping me was amazing. And then the doctor, Swimmer, was pretty awesome too. And everybody just treated me so kind. And even the supervisor of the ER was making sure everything was perfect for me. So yeah, you guys were awesome. I appreciate you. And thank you. Keep the good work up.

I received great treatment from the doctors and nurses in the ER on the 6th. They communicated well to me while I was there and gave instructions for when I was discharged.

It is and has always been the hands down best facility Nevada has to offer with the best personnel. Unlike surrounding medical facilities renoun has top equipment and people to match... Great job

The nurse that was treating me was very professional and had a great personality and was all around great comfort in my time of stress and discomfort.her name was Megan and she wore octagon glasses she worked on me in blue room 14 and she was a pleasure have by my side.i wish you could tell her that

I just want to recognize Ashley T RN from the emergency department!!!!! I was having an horrible night, in pain and she was so nice!!!!!! She went out of her way to help me!!! I was truly blessed to have had her as my nurse that day!!!!!!!

As a bed bound person, I was evacuated to your ER during the Hawk fire. Your staff got me a hosp bed as the ER gurney would be uncomfortable since my length of stay was undetermined.
Staff checked on me every couple of hours. They found food for me and assisted my daughter with diaper changes.
They kept us updated on fire information and got an ambulance there shortly after evac restrictions were lifted.
My home was not damaged, my neighborhood did not burn. We were lucky.
Thanks for caring for me and other bed bound evacuees.

I have been to the emergency room on many occasions and and I always receive excellent service from doctors and staff.
