I was very pleased. I had a lot in common with the people that served me because I was born at Washoe and I knew some of the doctors who, some of them are my friends, but everyone there was terrific and I give the nurses a big plus because they really worked hard. So thank you so much.

The ER staff i had was amazing they were great during a horrible time for me and really helped and seemed to really care about me. The surgery staff was great Spence was an amazing nurse I dont know the nurses name who took care of me after surgery but she was so nice and the CNA I think her name was Juliana was just amazing and did a great job.

The ambulance team was extremely kind, informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the transport process to the hospital. The emergency staff was also very kind and attentive. Kept me informed of what they were doing and explained the test results very clearly. I definitely appreciated the doctors calm demeanor and honesty.

I would just like to say this is the best and I would recommend everybody use this ER. The doctor was very thorough and I got in and out in less than an hour and a half which is amazing so thanks guys.

Kind and understanding staff. As a Renown employee, this is exactly the type of care I strive to give to my own patients. Doctors, nurses, PARS and Techs were wonderful. There was a guy working in CT, I forgot his name, but he was so comforting and kind. It was an emotional day and they helped ease my biggest fears. Nurse Anna and Dr Malone in the ED were wonderful, professional, and competent. Even the security guard on the way out made me smile.

From the Guard, the receptionists all nurses and the doctor y'all were absolutely wonderful and warming for my anxiety, an experience where they want me to become rich to donate to that department in their name.
Obviously boatloads of cash, hoping one day I can do that because genuinely y'all were great. Thank you!!!

The nurse that took care of me in the ER, I believe her name was Kelsey, was absolutely phenomenal. The ER physician that spoke with me was equally as amazing.

Fantastic care team! I felt that I was in good caring hands. I was heard when I spoke. The Dr was very easy to talk to with about my condition and all the all the things that took place leading up to my visit to the ER.
I cannot praise the care team I had that night. Thank you all for the help.

I had a cardiovert to slow down my AFib. It only worked for two days and AFib is back and going strong. So I will have to be going to the emergency center again or to a doctor's office, which will take a delayed time. So my experience was good, but the results have not been long-lasting. Thank you. Dr. Hill was the doctor who saved my life in '18.
He went the extra mile and discovered my lungs were filled with blood clots. The regular test given showed nothing but he felt there was something really wrong.
After the extra test was finished I was admitted the following day they discovered my legs had blood clots as well.
Dr. Hill and the supporing staff were excellent whenever I had been there.
As a retired Sterial processing specialist, I was pleasently please to see how clean and orderly the department was.
Renown seems to strive to be the very best they can be to provide the best possible care to anyone who seeks medical introvention.

Dr Wang was more than i expected in an ER . Professional and thorough and a bedside manner i’m not accustomed to . Told me what i needed to know in a way i could understand. In addition he listened and didn’t rush through me as was the entire staff. Thank you for your care!

The ER began examining me within 5 minutes. The ER doctor (Dr. Hill) gave an accurate diagnosis from the EKG which he confirmed with the cardiology team (Dr. Kieau) who met with me and explained SVT and immediate and potential treatment. I received rapid and accurate treatment. Thanks so much.
