First time in an ER and the attention I got erased my fear of being in a hospital. I was provided with all the necessary procedures that I believe was needed to determine the condition I was under. In all, I left the facility with confidence that I will be ok. Thank for everything.

The nurses, doctors and technicians were so very professional and kind. Nurse just before I was released was terribly busy so my daughter took care of me so I could leave.

I have not been to an ER in 19 years, since taking a grandson when he was a toddler. I was pleasantly pleased. No one wants to go the ER - especially when not feeling well. I was there for just under 4 hours. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, efficient, and personable. It truly made a "not so fun" experience one I won't dread again. Great staff!

All of the staff who took care of me during my ER visit were so caring and professional...they were so patient with me and I felt so comfortable with the care I received. My doctor who treated me was simply fabulous...Thank you to all who took care of me!!

Okay, so the doctor that I had spoken to, he did a fabulous job. He was very polite and he had a very humble character. And I think he's a great addition to the team that you guys have there. It was very wonderful being cared for by him. He was very polite, very respectful, very intelligent, and very, he spoke very well. And the other staff as well, they were fabulous. I have never been in and out of an ER as fast as I was. From the time I arrived until I picked up my medication at the pharmacy and left it was an hour and a half.

Everyone was very informative and explained the whole process I was about to undergo (cardioversion). The staff was very supportive and kept us informed what was going to happen every step of the way.

I didn't have to wait long, maybe an hour, which I think is pretty impressive for an emergency room. I was promptly seen by a nurse and doctor and was treated kindly and with respect. I was given good information on my condition and everyone was helpful.

From intake in the ER, to the blood draw, Dr. Anderson, x-ray tech, ultrasound tech and all the updates sent via text, that was a great experience in the ER. Everyone was kind which helped ease my worries of what was going on with me. Thank you to everyone for such great care!

I would like to especially commend the young female UNR who plans to go in to emergency medicine as a career.
For five years, I was an instructional course writer producer at Wayne State medical school in Detroit, Michigan.
One of the courses I helped design and direct was patient doctor relationship. We had professional actors who were instructed to come in with a variety of symptoms and present the minimal of information to the second year premed students to see how well they can relate to the patient and obtain the information they needed to make a diagnosis.
I would give the young lady who treated me a 100% in her approach, which was both empathetic yet professional. She asked all the right questions and listened for the answers without interrupting my answers. She was also point on in taking my vitals.
In my professional opinion, this young lady would be a valuable asset to any emergency department
I apologize for not remembering her name as at the time I was more concerned about the problems which had brought me to the emergency room.

I was very pleased. I had a lot in common with the people that served me because I was born at Washoe and I knew some of the doctors who, some of them are my friends, but everyone there was terrific and I give the nurses a big plus because they really worked hard. So thank you so much.

The ER staff i had was amazing they were great during a horrible time for me and really helped and seemed to really care about me. The surgery staff was great Spence was an amazing nurse I dont know the nurses name who took care of me after surgery but she was so nice and the CNA I think her name was Juliana was just amazing and did a great job.

The ambulance team was extremely kind, informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the transport process to the hospital. The emergency staff was also very kind and attentive. Kept me informed of what they were doing and explained the test results very clearly. I definitely appreciated the doctors calm demeanor and honesty.
