Was referred to Dr Hamel by my Family Practice physician, Dr Ammon Thompson. About a month before my surgery, I met with a member of Dr Hamel's staff, Lilah Haines, for a preop session. I was very impressed with this introduction to the provider and was a good assist in my prep for the surgery. Surgery was done by Dr Hamel in a small private room accompanied by Nurse Practitioner and an individual that was possibly a student of Dr Hamel. Following surgery, tissue was biopsied to confirm removal, and Dr Hamel closed the surgery site. The procedure for wound care was reviewed by Dr Hamel’s assistant, and I was advised to return in ~ about a week for suture removal. Overall, I was very impressed by surgery team and the doctor’s skills and would rate both 5 stars. At my age, removal of the threat outweighs the cosmetics, but I anticipate both were accomplished.

Dr. Hamel and medical assistants are outstanding. They keep the patient well informed and comfortable throughout the appointment. They are extremely skilled in their procedures. They follow up after appt. to make sure the patient is doing okay.

All staff i dealt with was very friendly. RN Eric was so nice and thorough. Made sure i was comfortable while waiting for procedure. Dr. Hamel was great!! Office was very clean.

Dr. Femi Hamel and his staff gave me excellent care, made me feel comfortable and at ease and informed about what they would be doing during the appointment. I got my results fast and Dr. Hamel personally contacted me to give them. 10 out of 10!! Thank you yo Dr. Hamel and his staff for taking such good care of me!

DR. Hamel, l is very cordial, listens well, answers any questions I have had and has offered his personal phone for off hours support. I highly recommend Dr. Hamel. And yes, I would recommend Dr. Hamel to anyone.

Extremely pleased with my interactions with Dr. Hamel and his staff. All personnel were friendly, compassionate and efficient. I had minimal wait time thru all stages of the medical procedure. Anyone needing this type of procedure should be confident of making an excellent choice in this doctor and his supporting staff. Extremely professional, but truly kind.

I was very impressed with the entire office. I have had several skin cancers removed at the mohs clinic at U of M. Including a nasal flap. And I was very happy with the results I had with this office and the care I received. We are so fortunate to have this type surgical removal of skin cancer in Midland. And Dr. Hamel and his staff are excellent.

I had a great experience at Dr. Hamel’s office for a procedure. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and everyone in the office were very friendly and welcoming. Eric, my nurse, was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Dr. Hamel was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciated the care I received and would highly recommend this office.
