Highly recommend them to his office. Doctor listens very well and explains things so you can understand and I haven't sat around in his office to wait. Also, every staff has been super helpful and very professional.

Go to mid Michigan in midland they are the best. Doctor Remi Hamel is top notch as young as he is. You can tell he loves his job. And he called [NAME] the next day to see how he was doing. Rn Stephanie was the best. She also explained everything to us. She is very good with her job. Excellent team.

Professional and competent staff. Would return if I had to. The nurse was very knowledgeable and informative. The procedure I had was painless and I enjoyed the Dr having classical music on to help relieve stress.

Has a wonderful bedside manner and nurse Stephanie was the only person in 7 years of skin cancer surgeries to administer numbing shots that didn't sting..amazing!!!

Dr. Hamel demonstrated excellent bedside manner, clearly explaining each step. He is very skilled and knowledgeable. During the procedure, he asked me to inform him if I felt any pain. He also gave me 24-hour phone numbers for assistance. If I require his services again, I will gladly reach out to him.

I cannot overstate the level of kindness, compassion, friendliness, and caring from everyone in this office. Dr. Hamel is truly gifted in his surgical skills and yet remains one of the kindest surgeons I have ever met. His staff (especially Maddie) were professional, skilled, friendly and compassionate and made me feel calm and comfortable.

Dr. Hamel and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, gentle and ensured appropriate follow-up after my procedure. I would return to Dr. Hamel’s office for future needs and encourage my family and friends to do so as well. One of the best medical experiences I have encountered.

Dr. Hamel and his entire staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and were responsive to me. Every person I came into contact with made me feel comfortable with the procedure I was having. Dr. Hamel explained every step of the procedure prior to beginning. He provided his cell phone number to me in the event I had any issues after the procedure. The office staff called and followed up with me to ensure I was healing properly. I would return to Dr. Hamel for future care and encourage family and friends to meet with him regarding their care.
