The Doctor was extremely friendly and the nurse was absolutely wonderful and they both were very professional and seem to care a hundred percent.

I have already told family,friends and co-workers if they are ever in need of a Dermatologist/Oncologist that Dr Hamel is the absolute best.He is knowledgeable, very kind and caring.His office staff are also wonderful. Being diagnosis with cancer is a stressful time in a person's life but Dr Hamel and his staff have made my experience easier.Big THANK YOU to Dr Hamel/staff.

I would refer them. Dr Hamel and staff went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and taken care of.

We were referred by our Bay City Mi office (Dr Boyce) for a Mohs surgery procedure. Dr Hamel & Rebecca were both outstanding in knowledge, friendly manner & competence. We were very glad he could help us & also that our travel was fairly close to home

My care was the utmost in knowledge about my visit and explaining the procedure. I had no pain and the care instructions have been excellent! More than I ever expected and a comfort to know Dr. Hamel is there and easily reached.

I would tell my family and friends that I would recommend Dr. Hamill highly however, my only complaint is that after he cut out the basal cell cancer, I waited two hours before I was stitched up

I was able to get an appointment quickly after being on the cancellation wait list for a fast growing squamous cell carcinoma. The nurse called me the next day to check on my pain level and they immediately called in a new prescription for me without issues. The nurse was fast to call me back regarding questions about my surgery.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The nurse Eric and Dr Hamel were very professional and explained the procedures and follow up, Dr Hamel removed the sutures, so this Dr. Has gone above and beyond for his patients. I feel the front desk person could be more humble, considering none of us want to be there for any procedures especially cancer. Both times with contact she was cold. But staff overall I was very professional and kind.

I found Dr Hamel very personable. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure as it progressed. I would highly recommend Dr. Hamel with great confidence to my family and friends and know they would be in good hands.

Very professional, always checking to see if you were in pain, how you are feeling. Always explaining what they were doing and what to expect. Doctor and nurse Stephanie worked so well together. Insuring I was getting the best of care. Also contacted me the following day to see how I was doing. I would trust them with my family and friends care. Thank You Very Much!

He was a gem, very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable in his care. The office was beautifully decorated for Christmas which helped us to relax prior to surgery.
